My experience at New England Eye center was very positive. The coordinator Ms.McMahon was so helpful in navigating the system and making sure physicians responded to my questions. The rest of the staff were very professional and caring.

Appointment was on time. Everything as expected.

From the first phone contact Christine answered all my questions and made it very easy for me to move forward with a consultation. If it were not for her thorough knowledge and enthusiasm both the products and for Dr. Helen Wu I may have decided to seek other options. I am grateful to her for encouraging me to seek a consultation. From that point on every aspect of the exams and the surgeries was thorough, painless and efficient. I can't say enough about the friendly and talented staff and of coarse a huge thumbs up to Dr. Helen Wu. I noticed she was extremely busy however she took her time with me to not only explain in detail the procedure but she spent time getting to know me and to make sure the surgery fit my lifestyle. I no longer wear glasses and am able to read, work on my computer, ride my motorcycle and play sports without having to contend with the inconvenience of eyeglasses. Words can't describe how good that makes me feel. I wonder if anyone on the staff has noticed my new found sexiness.
