After waiting for over an hour in the waiting area, I went to the front desk and made them aware of my length of waiting. The young man who checked me in checked with the records and admitted it was his error that I had been waiting so long. Always follow up and recheck for errors so this doesn't happen. Pay attention to your duties.

I don't think i know every thing were well done in my eyes

I wrote a brief but outstanding feedback review. However, it was rejected both by Google and by Facebook because it was less than 25 words. I have always valued quality above quantity, brevity over verbosity. Surely a glowing review of, say, 15 words is much to be preferred over a 26 word mediocre review or a 100 word bad review. Hence, I think it is a very ill conceived business model.

My entire experience and results have exceeded my expectations! The original lens replacement surgery on both eyes was extremely easy, fast, and successful. My vision was great from the moment I awoke. I had no pain, and I was very happy. After my follow-up visits, it was decided that I needed a small touchup laser procedure. After the touchup, my vision improved even more with greater definition and ability to see more clearly up close and far away. I cannot day enough about how impressed and happy I am that I got lens replacements!!!

The service I paid for, I did have a second visit which was a medical emergency where after having s brain tumor removed ,some sort of matter had made its way between the rain and skull you be causing in beiveable pain an lb an attempt to find it the problem and what was causing it i came in for a check up, to see if it was related to the surgery I had, my brain surgeon suggested that I get eye exam to see if this was e related,if I must pay for for a medical emergency check up I guess I will!

Overall good visit. Arrived at 1:55 for a 2:15 appointment but did not get called back until 2:45 or so... Staff has always been very friendly.

I visited on Oct. 31 and was delighted to see all the beautifully decorated pumpkins and personnel in colorful costumes! I didn’t have to wait long for my eye scan. I was done in a short time and was on my way ’til next week when I return for cataract surgery. See you then.

My appointment was for 720AM. I arrived at the office about 718AM and checked in. I was called back and began my visit at 734AM. This is the only reason for the 4 stars. I was treated very professionally during the rest of my appointment. Dr. Nickel was outstanding as always and gets 5 stars and then some. My visit was great as usual, but one thing irritated me. One lady came in to check my eye pressure, and it went great. Then, a second young lady came in to check. She proceeded to lift my eyelid w/out telling me what she was doing or asking. If she needed my eyes open wider, I could have done that, and I had no idea if her hands were clean or not! I didn't like that one bit. I'm an adult, and would appreciate being treated as such. I do appreciate everyone else's professionalism. Thank you.

Heaton Eye Assocs are simply the best in eyecare by far. The staff is top notch professionally. And everyone is super friendly. The care is thorough and comprehensive. All necessary equipment is available. Treatment plans are developed according to each patient's individual needs. I can't say enough good things about the care and attention to detail received from the most qualified staff and physicians. Dr M Marshall takes time to talk with me and answers any questions that I might have. In fact, he never leaves the room without first asking if I have any questions. He always makes sure that he addresses my concerns. In this age of rushed medical care it's wonderful to have a doctor that is willing to take the time to really treat his patients like real human beings rather than simply the next one on the "conveyor belt" of patients. My eyesight was poor and night vision worse due to prior RK and LASIK operations and cataracts. Simply put, Dr. Heaton under-promised and over-delivered, and my post-cataract surgery hopes and expectations were exceeded. I could not be happier.

Staff was very pleasant and very knowledgeable.Iwas very impressed with the doctor and he was very gracious and answered all my questions. Y’all made me very comfortable and I would definitely recommend this practice to all my friends and I’m very sure they would have a great experience.

All of the techs are very courteous and personable but my favorite is hands down Gabrielle!!! She has such a sweet spirit about her, prays with me and is so conscientious about her work. Has excellent customer service skills too!! Dr Dossey is also so pleasant and has an infectious smile. I truly would not go any place else. I think you need to move to a larger building!! Looks like business is booming and the help are running over one another!!

My visit went very well and Dr. Dossey has the patience of a saint. He always takes time to explain why and what he is doing will always take time to answer any questions and if you don’t understand he will take the time till you do understand. The young lady who checked my eyes before I saw i I saw Dr Gunther, whom I've never seen before. She was very polite, professional and encouraging. When scheduling for an appointment next year, they scheduled me with Dr Gunther, which was very surprising to me since Dr Nickel has been my doctor for years. Don't get me wrong, I really like Dr Gunther; however, when I told the lady at the front desk that Dr Nickel is my doctor, it made no difference in my next appointment.

This was my first visit to Heaton. The entire staff was very friendly and professional. I will definitely return for my future check ups.

My first time @ the Tyler office. All staff was very professional. Time there was completed in a very small amount of time. During testing, I was kept informed and they asked if I had any questions regarding anything that was happening. I would definitely refer to this office.

The check in clerk was very prompt and courtesy. The office assistants, Dr. Heaton and counselor were very great. They explained everything to me that a baby could understand. I couldn’t ask for better service. Thank you.
