My present dental hygienist is patient and thorough in her work. She is caring, friendly and attentive. She is very competent in deep cleaning. She has the approach of polishing the teeth before scaling, and removing the tartar and plaque. This makes polishing less of a cosmetic function and more integrated with the scaling. I accept that reason. My past hygienist also examine the whole mouth to look for abnormalities. She had been monitoring a pigmentation on my lip. I find this also important since the hygienist is the frontline person to my oral health and will spot problems other than dental even before the dentist. Perhaps my present hygienist whom I respect and very much, could adopt this practice.

A teeth-cleaning with Robin is a wonderful experience. She does a thorough mouth exam in addition to the careful plaque-scraping. The jaw massage is very relaxing and the added touch of sunglasses to shut out the bright light adds to the comfort of the overall experience. Highly recommended!!

The reception when I arrived was very friendly. I did not see Dr. Chad this time but I have appreciated his work and have found that he gives good advice about my dental concerns.

As always I never look forward to the dentist visits due to my poor flossing habbits. The new hygenist is definitely the meanest because she is willing to hurt you in a good for you type of way. Due to the ammount of pain and blood i normally endure I generally end up with mostly clean teeth (i think hygenists typically take pity on me and dont clean as well as they know they should). However She was not satisfied until they were completely clean to the best of her abilities. Totally brutal but necessary, i look forward to my next torture session i mean cleaning....everything I said is totally true but dont take it to seriously have some laughs!! Lol

Great experience from the receptionist to the hygienist. Relaxing and comfortable enviorment, don't get that "assembly line" healthcare feeling. Promptly responded to my request for an appointment. Got to see Dr. Chad by the first work day after a holiday weekend. Took care of my needs quickly and efficiently. Always friendly and professional.

Great dentist and hygienist regarding care and rapport. A couple of times hygienist hit sensitive area during cleaning. Ouch! I don’t care for teeth cleaning ever, but overall good care.
