Dr. Jack Forrest is excellent in his field and not only super knowledgeable and well-schooled having done internship at the prestigious Wills Eye, but very personable. I would recommend him highly if you're looking for for an eye doctor. And the Harleysville Eye Associates where he practices has up-to-date equipment for the best eye care! The technician Mariah was very knowledgeable and personable as well. Front office admin was super nice and understanding when I was 12 mins late, and frames technicians were very very helpful too. All around great experience today!

Well I had an appt for 4:40 as set up by the office last year. I came at 4:15 for the appt but was told I was late and the appt was for 3:40. But I was able to get in anyway. Wife checked when we got home on the appt and sure enough. The appt was for 4:40 as per their print out "Future Appointments 10/29/19 4:40 pm Tuesday"

I am very satisfied with the care and attention I receive from Harleysville Eye Associates. Every person that works there is pleasant and helpful. I get excellent treatment from Dr. Forrest. I highly recommend this ophthalmologist office. The Lipoflow treatment has helped with my dry eye!

I learned more in one visit than I have in all of the previous years at your practice. Jack Forrest listened to my questions and professionally responded to all of them with improved solutions. Whenever I go in, everyone is always very pleasant. My appointment was less than an hour and they have the most updated equipment. I've been here for many years and have been very happy. I really like the doctor I see - I can't remember his name, but he's very personable and always answers my questions, even the ones he hasn't heard in his 40 years there - he always has an answer.

You did everything well.

Wait time was about 35-40 mins on a Wednesday night but staff was pleasant and made it go quickly. Wishing they would have let the Schwenksville Office patients know they were closing that office but now know for the future.

Dr. Forest is great and got my prescription pretty much on point. My problem is that the glasses and frames are expensive even with insurance. Since I am now retired, I can no longer afford to come here. Also, the time it takes to have your glasses measured seems lengthy and the computers Always seem to have an issue. However, I am always satisfied with the product.

The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. If I didn't have to fill out forms every time it would make things a lot faster and easier for patients.

This is the first appointment in all of my years there where the staff was nice and helpful and actually fun. My previous experiences were not very good and this was my last chance at trying the office. The staff was fantastic. I didn't feel just like a number and actually enjoyed the visit.
