Each staff member was very kind, answered my questions, and were thorough in their 1-day post-op (cataract removal) eye exams. Everyone was very knowledgeable, informative, answered my questions, and were thorough in all respects. I am totally pleased with my entire experience. My surgery went smoothly and I had no discomfort whatsoever. I have been very impressed with Griffin Eye Center since my first visit and all subsequent appointments, as well as the surgery, and I would very highly recommend Dr. Neil Griffin.

I’m petrified of anyone touching my eyes- bad experience as a child. Everyone at Dr. Griffin’s office was so knowledgeable, so kind and very caring. They explained things to me so I could understand them! I knew I was in good hands! Dr, Griffin is amazing!!! He is very laid back and made me feel very comfortable! Cataract surgery was a huge success and met my full expectations. My goal of not having to wear glasses was fully achieved. Panoptix multivocal lenses are great. Could not have been happier or more satisfied with the experience I had with all each and every meber of the office staff. In my opinion Dr Griffin is a leading edge professional. Everything was excellent. The only negative I can think of is I wish someone would have mentioned to me about the medications(drops) discount available at a particular local pharmacy before my prescription was filled at CVS.

It would have been better if I had seen Dr G., who did my surgery for the post-op visit. I did NOT get a “warm & fuzzy “ from him at any point of his care. Bryce, on the other hand, is a great technician & his attention to detail admirable, as well his friendliness. Business office, was certainly on top of my payments, their business made more than obvious.

The Griffin Eye Center is run by Dr. Griffin like a well oiled machine. No wait appointments, seen quickly (and pleasantly) by an excellent staff and then by Dr. Griffin, who is an amazing and talented surgeon. He removed a cataract from my right eye two days ago and I couldn't thank him enough. The best gift I have ever been given in my life. The next one is in two weeks and I can't wait. To have such an excellent, gifted and accomplished physician right here in Myrtle Beach is a reason to retire here. I will be forever grateful to him and to the wonderful people he employs. Dr Thomas went out of his way to fix my glasses that my doggie was munching on. Put me on vitamins n medication to help heal scars on my Corneas, no other Doctor has every even suggested it. I'm a new patient at Griffin Eye Center's Murrells Inlet office. I've been seeing Dr. Tipton for about 10 years and have been very satisfied with his care. However, we just moved to Surfside Beach and I didn't want to travel up to 82nd Avenue for eye checkups. I saw Dr. Thomas at the Murrells Inlet office. I liked him a lot. I also liked the technician (not sure if that's the correct title) who checked me out prior to Dr. Thomas checking me. All office personnel I interacted with were very friendly and helpful. I had a very positive experience there.

The doctors and staff at the South Park Centre are warm, friendly and as accommodating as any office staff can be. All of them welcome you with smiles and warm greetings, which automatically eases any angst you may have from not knowing exactly what to expect. Likewise, the staff at Waccamaw Surgery Center are friendly and professional, making your appointment as short ,but efficient, as possible.
