Veryy happy with Green Branch Dental and everyone there!

Just wanted to say thank you for giving me my smile back. It's been a long time since I felt good about smiling. :)

Thanks so much for getting us in on short notice. Everyone was professional and welcoming. We’re completely satisfied with the service, and will be coming back. You know it was a good experience when your kids actually liked going to the dentist!

The only problem was this "Doctible" document. The directions were not clear for this old man.

Staff, hygienist, and dentist were all friendly, knowledgeable, and punctual.

Great office, Dr Casey and crew are always friendly, professional, and do exceptional work.

I appreciate your very thorough and precise exam and recommendations. For the time being, I will be delaying any action on my teeth until I can see my way financially. Thanks. Karen

Jessie was very cordial and made me feel like a valuable person to get to know. She was totally thorough on her examination of my teeth and explaining the newer method of X-raying all my teeth, gums, and the roots of the teeth for a better evaluation of the health of my teeth overall. That was revelatory to me as I had not heard of the new equipment and technology. Dr. Casey was very friendly and welcoming, joking with me, and encouraging me to continue to keep my teeth clean as I had been doing as well as informing me there were no concerns at the present time to be addressed in the near future. The only particular mention he made was regarding an old crown that had been repaired and there was the potential for a cavity to develop at the point between the gold and the tooth meeting. He recommended I leave some toothpaste in that area when brushing to give the fluoride an opportunity to help prevent decay from taking place faster. By the way, I do use Colgate, and appreciated receiving a new tube of it as well as a new toothbruch and my favorite dental floss! Thank you to Clara for her friendliness, her attention to details, and getting me in for my regular four-month cleaning, which had been delayed for three months due to our former dentist retiring, namely, Dr. Paul Hagemann, who served us well for the past 16 years. We hope he and his wife are enjoying their newfound freedom in retirement. I look forward to a long relationship with all of the starr at GreenBranch Dental! Great, friendly dental office staff!! Dr. Cutler is very caring and gentle. My kids aren't scared to go to the dentist. Hygienist is good too!

It’s nice to be able to go to a dentist that will routinely clean your teeth and carefully monitor problem areas. Everyone there is also very friendly to talk to. Very pleasant place to get your dental work done. My previous dentist always did the high dollar work that could have waited. By that time my insurance was maxed out and I didn’t get the cleanings I needed.

The entire staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They were helpful in answering all of my questions double checked with me to ensure I was numb enough during procedures to ensure my comfort.

Lindsay (?sp) is a great hygienist. She always does an excellent, thorough job. She is very informative & does extra little things by going above & beyond. Everyone there is cheerful & friendly. What a great place to go!

Appointment was on time. The staff explained why I should have an x-ray of my teeth and then asked if I was in agreement with having the x-ray done rather than just assuming. Staff focused on the positive rather than all the things that are wrong with my teeth and gums, but made suggestions of what to do and what to watch for to help keep my teeth and gums clean. Staff was very kind and knowledgeable.

The dentist did a great job not making me scared about the shots in my gums. She numbed them for a long time and I didn't feel the needle go in.

Very good service and very little pain after extraction of two wisdom teeth

I was a first time patient looking for a new dentist after a prior bad experience. Previous attempts by others to repair an issue were unsuccessful and very painful. Dr. Erin took on a challenge both physically and mentally. She eased my mind when explaining why previous procedures were unsuccessful and what was needed to fix the issue. The fix was successfully started and I am confident she can bring me back to full dental health. I will highly recommend Dr. Erin to others.

The care was perfect. The price was a $100.00 more then my other dentist. So not sure if I will return because of how much of a difference the price is for the same thing being done for me.
