After spending several hours in the ER....she was referred to an Oral Surgeon and you were able to get her in the next day. As her parents, five hours away, and to get a call from the Doctor after he saw her was very comforting and much appreciated. She’s on the mend and very grateful for all your office did to help her!

The overall experience at your facility has been nothing short of fantastic I would have never dreamed that wisdom teeth extraction could be so painless and had such good follow-up and care from your staff what a wonderful group of people to deal with

Everything was great regarding care for my daughter and her procedure. Follow up from the doctor was also amazing and very much appreciated. One suggestion is to be proactive with follow up appointments. The Dr. Asked that we follow up in a week, however once my daughter was out it slipped my mind completely to make the appointment and I had to call back for an appointment and for a school excuse (both quickly recieved and very much appreciated) Having the appointment/excuse made prior (for example while family is waiting) would eliminate stress and provide a proactive experience. I thank you again for the great care you gave my daughter and have already recommended you to others.
