Very thorough and informative examination. Very pleasant staff.

A smooth and straight forward experience. Kind and professional staff. Only minor negative was the wait time; I arrived at 9:45am for a 10am appointment, but was not seen by the doctor until 10:40am. A minor inconvenience, but something to mention for those looking for a more “express” experience.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. My only problem was the technician didn't tell me to blink during the periferal vision test. I didn't remember that myself. Otherwise she was very friendly and professional.

The appointment started on time and issues were resolved in good time.

Dr Martin and team always do a thorough exam. I only wish that as a retired senior, I could afford to buy glasses thru them.

Professional, prompt and helpful as always

Your service is fantastic! The doctor and everyone I dealt with was professional and friendly. However, your prices for lenses prevent me from ever purchasing from you again. For two pairs of Progressive lenses, one for every day and one for computer, I spent almost $900. That’s without new frames. And with insurance and a 20% discount. That is a crazy amount of money. I have to try alternative places. Maybe I’ll find that I can’t get anything more affordable and of decent value but I have to try it.

Delta Is helping me with my frame selection and I have never had a better experience! I can only hope that she will be there for years to come. Dr. Cheryl did my eye exam and I was very pleased with that experience as well.

I was very please w/ Dr Cheryl. I was very happy w/ my exam. & the time she spent w/ me. I was very disappointed w/ the young lady who checked me out. She was not able to answer any of my questions. They were very basic questions. I would think she has been train, even if she was new, I would think you have a chart w/ prices & information on the product.

I have been coming to Glen Ellyn Vision center for at least 15 years. The first time I visited Dr Martin Sikorski took care of me. His thoroughness and friendly manner as well as the helpful and friendly staff kept me coming back. On my second visit, Dr. Cheryl Sikorski Myers took care of me. Once again the thoroughness highly impressed me. Have not ever found that in the exams franchise operations do. The staff is far more seasoned in their knowledge than I have seen at franchises. GEVC also offers specialized lenses franchises don't stock. My eyes are overly sensitive to the sun. The only type of lens that protects my eyes is a deep mirror coated lens. GEVC has lens applications I have not found anywhere else. Nice staff Nice place

I always value my eye exam but then it comes to when I am done to find out that really none of my exam is covered by insurance. I would have preferred to have this known to me before hand and then let me make the decision as 200+ for an eye exam is a lot to swallow especially when not expecting it to not be covered from insurance

Carl did a great job at doing the tests thanks to our assistant thinking outside the box. Great job!

Prices for glasses too high

Dr Cheryl was very thorough. She explained in detail my entire exam. The young lady that did my pretest, Kimberly was Awesome! The whole staff was great.

I feel very comfortable going to any of the doctors there. They are all knowledgeable and caring. They spend a lot of time with me, answering all my questions. Diana, who always helps me choose the right frames, is stellar. Picking out the right glasses is frustrating for me and she is a tremendous help. Every pair of glasses I’ve purchased over the years has been the perfect prescription. Everyone there goes above and beyond!

Best experience I have had getting an eye exam. Great people, great service.

The person who showed my glasses frames was patient with my hesitation over several proposed frames. I ended up picking frames that she had not selected to show me. Perhaps my description of what I wanted was to narrow.

I've never been to such an efficiently run optometrists' office, and I've had glasses most of my life! Everyone was patient and kind to my 5 year old boys, and I feel confident that they were well checked by knowledgeable individuals. I look forward to bringing them back, and for scheduling my own appointment!

Everyone was very friendly. The ladies behind the front desk and the lady who helped me select my frames and went through the ordering process did a fantastic job. Very honest, recommended best options like anti-glare, smoothed out edges, etc. Vision Center was very neat and organized.

The care from start to finish is friendly, professional, and efficient. Been a customer for over 20 years.

Your service and attention to detail is excellent. The only complaint is I wish I had been asked to okay the extra vision tests beforehand. (Usually done in past visits.) These tests are done by my opthamalogist so are not necessary.

My appointment always starts on time and is never rushed. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The office is immaculate and welcoming. A great experience. They stick with a vision problem until it is solved.
