Everyone was very friendly and easy to talk to. I like that everything was explained to me in lamens terms so I could understand and make informed decisions about my care.

The hygienists are all very skilled and the dentist is Great. My teeth have never been better! Thank you for the great care! This is the first time in decades that I don't mind going to the dentist!

The staff is extremely polite , pleasant and professional . The office, waiting room and exam rooms are clean and neat. I was shown the pictures of my teeth and all procedures were explained in layman’s terms. Appointments were easy to set up and I was quoted prices before scheduling a procedure. If future visits go as seamlessly as this one did then I will be going here for a long time to come.

Cannot believe this office accommodated me when I belong to Biddeford group. Saved me from holiday weekend with a broken front tooth! Staff was incredible! Professional and friendly! Would recommend this office to fellow colleagues!

They fit my son in on an emergency call in and we were called in later that day for his visit the next day instead of a week later. Confirmed our issue and now have an appointment for his tooth with a specialist. All done in about 24 hours. Plus sent home with a prescription. I like to ho where it's all done there. The doctors assistant was also very knowledgeable in my condition and was a pleasure to work with. The doctor was also very thorough in her explanation of my case. I did not feel rushed or uncomfortable in anyway. I have been dealing with this condition for quite some time and her reassurance was very comforting to me. The faces have changed since a couple of my visits ago. But, the amount of kind welcoming I still receive when I first walk in, and throughout the entire time I am there. Is just amazing. The doctor and the other people who are helping, know how to make the visit to the Saco, gentle dental. Worth the trip, every time. They make you feel like a person and Not, a number. Well, worth a visit.

The times I have been to the Saco, Gentle Dental have all been such an incredible experience. It starts, when you first walk in and are greeted by a pleasant and if I can say. Very pretty receptionist. You are then asked to go through a door, into a waiting room. That makes you feel as if I am at my own home. Very pleasant environment. Soothing and comfortable. And when you are brought into the seat for any procedures. I am asked if everything is going alright. And I am very pleased with the results. I will always continue to go back. I can not say enough good things about the Gentle Dental In Saco, ME.

Secretary is wonderful

The only reason I did 4 instead of 5 was because my daughter wasn't the happiest when she left. She needs to be eased into stuff and she got rush into a root that needed to be pulled. She will be getting it taken care of next time. Some kids just need to be extra gentle with. Mine being one of them. Jen is awesome and my daughter love her. She says she is very gentle. All the staff is very friendly.

No one told me to come early and when I got there I had a pile of paperwork that I had to fill out and it was a little overwhelming! So my suggestion would be to either mail the paperwork out ahead of time to the patient, allow the patient to print it out ahead of time online, or instruct the patient that they do have paperwork to fill out ahead of time and need to come to the office early!

I appreciate honesty. I was suppose to have work done that was going to be costly and when they rechecked they said it didn’t have to be done. I appreciate that they didn’t do it anyway because I wouldn’t have known if I needed it or not. They were honest with me which I really appreciate.
