Everybody was extremely nice and my kids felt safe and welcomed.

The entire staff and the Dentists are polite and put all of our kids at ease, entertaining them and educating them about how to keep a healthy smile. We will go nowhere else!

I did not have an appointment and I fractured my tooth. They fit me in and we’re really professional.

My heigenist is awesome. However, during my last visit the dentist discussed the importance of me having my wisdom teeth removed and referred me to an oral surgeon. Then he did a filling on what was supposed to be tooth #2, and filled my wisdom tooth instead (all of that anxiety for nothing😱). My dental insurance isn't the best, so having a tooth removed that I just paid to have filled didnt make much sense to me. It sounds like the wrong tooth was filled, so I am making another trip in to have the right one filled, hoping it doesnt cost me anything and the insurance billing doesn't get too confusing.

The appointment was scheduled at the last minute. I was in search of a new dental care provider and Charlotte Gentle Dental was recommended. I contacted the office and found the scheduling staff to be very helpful and professional. We were able to handle everything over the phone. I had some time constraints and they worked with me to keep the appointment “on track.” Jamie, the hygienist, was polite, engaging and made me feel at ease during the X-ray and cleaning. Dr. Sanders DDS was great. He explained everything, made recommendations and addressed any concerns that I had. Upon checking out, the office manager Ginger, let me know that she would handle the paperwork and check with my insurance carrier on whether the recommendations by Dr. Sanders would be covered during this cycle. I walked out, for the first time in a long time, feeling that I was not just another patient but someone that was genuinely cared about as a person. A far cry from my previous provider that made me feel like I was an inconvenience. I will recommend this office to anybody that I know that is looking for a new provider. Thank you for this opportunity.
