Sally is such a pleasant and professional person that represents Gentle Dental Care. I’ve only had positive experiences with her and Dr. Parikh.

Dr. Parikh was so accommodating to get me in the temporarily fix tooth that chipped in middle of Corona pandemic. Showed concern and didn’t want me to have to be in pain from rough edge of broken tooth rubbing inside my mouth and tongue. Love having a neighborhood dentist that treats you like family!

Evidently it was a pretty busy day during my visit .However, the staff was very courteous and kept me informed about how they were working towards getting me in which was very reassuring.Dr Parikh was wonderful , she went over all the details of what was going on with my dental health and was very prompt in scheduling my appointment for extraction of my wisdom teeth which are at a bad angle and hurting while eating.

Dr Anuja O Parikh and Dr Shalini Sethi have hands of angels, I had to have a molar pulled and it did not hurt at all. And I am the type of person that cannot open my mouth very wide or for any length of time. The next day Mary, the assistant, called me to ask me how I was doing. And that was very nice.

The dentists are very caring and friendly. Their work is very good and they check in with you during procedures to make sure you are okay or satisfied with how it feels. They will stop if you need a break and they will fix things if they don’t feel right. In my experience, the dental technicians could be a little bit more proficient in holding up the tools(not slowly dropping them) and in using Mr. Thirsty.

Dr.parikh is one of the best around! My husband needed an emergency appointment because one of his teeth was really hurting and they saw him the same day. My experience so far was great.

Dr. Ohri is the best dentist that I have ever had. She listens to your dental recommendations and she is very knowledgeable about her work and very skillful with the dental equipment. She is very skilled with numbing the pain and use of needles. For the most part when she has used needles I was not even aware that she had already injected the area of where she was working. A very easy going and personable dental office from the front desk(Macy the receptionist) to Dr. Ohri and the entire staff. They would even try to recommend different ways of payment to better serve the both parties. I have been coming here for approximately 10 years. The best team of dental professionals that I have ever had the pleasure of working with.

Everyone was very nice, very thorough about what was happening and what needed to happen to address issues with my teeth but, unless I missed it ( I'm always nervous about the dentist) although I was warmly greeted, I don't recall anyone introducing themselves by name. Otherwise it was a wonderful visit.

I asked for earlier appt and you were able to accomodte me. I had questions about what I could eat (crunchies) and we talked about good choices vs.bad crunchies. I loved being able to speak to your mgr to ask about status of bill, Md. vs. Va. There was a question with ins. and she was able to answer.I wish I could have had time to speak to Dr. Sethi about some qts. I know I could call her but I like in person partly becasue of my hearing issues.

Friendly and Great staff

The technician who provided the services was very considerate and kept telling me what she was going to be doing next. This help me to relax, especially when she had to give me multiple shots in my mouth to numb it. She answered all of my question and even cleaned my mouth guard. It looks like it's brand new. She told me to use Dawn detergent to soak my night guard in, don't use a toothbrush or toothpaste on it. I was cleaning it wrong so I'll try the Dawn detergent.

As always, the staff were attentive and knowledgeable.

Staff always friendly and helpful. Great to have the different specialist come to one locations so I don't have to go to multiple places. Excellent about getting multiple procedures done in one visit.
