It’s my opinion that the reception at the front desk could brush up on her people skills. She doesn’t smile, she begins answering before I’m finished speaking and doesn’t offer to give an appointment card for the next visit. I don’t think she likes her job very much.

Whether you go to the Old Bridge or here at the Freehold Office you are greeted by a friendly staff. Dr. Centurion removed a cancerous growth by the mous method. He has a terrific bedside manner. I have been seeing him for many years and would see no one else. The associates assisting him during the procedure were also A plus. Just a great dermatological practice.

If you have 5 pages of paperwork to fill out perhaps tell the patient to fill them out before coming in. I just started filling out paperwork and was brought right into the room. Tech gave a brief spiel and next thing the doctor was in the room. Doctor was super nice and answered all my questions however I felt kind of rushed. Like get the patient in and out so I can get onto the next.

The follow through after procedure was week. Especially older patients should be explained what to expect, what they need to do, ointments that are needed and ensure they understand before they leave. You have a very nice office with people who appear to care but you overpack the office so people rush through process to take care of more people. The quality drops when you push the system and i can tell you my 91 year old mother wasn’t happy and most likely won’t be back. I usually don’t respond but I’m providing constructive criticism because I know you are trying.

This was the second MOH’s procedure I just had and I would not entrust any other doctor than Dr. Centurion and his staff to perform the procedure and to stitch it closed. I feel no need to seek the services of a plastic surgeon to complete the work. The entire office is very professional and extremely pleasant and friendly. No wait ! Courteous staff and practitioners ! They explained every step of the exam process and also answered any of my questions . I’m going to insist that my siblings utilize this Practice for their future dermatology concerns , Even though they would come all the way from Brooklyn . Well worth it . I wish all of my doctors ( and their staffs) were as timely , polite , professional and knowledgeable .
