I am really glad to have Franklin Dental as my dentist. Recently though I have been called "ma'am" or "Ms." a lot in the office. Living in the Bay Area I have grown used to people not making assumptions about others' gender, and I'd like to give the feedback that it would be great if staff could just use patient's names instead of gendering everyone.
