Hi, thank you for sending me this text. I was about to contact you. The vision is okay but the frame is very tight. The guy who works there he made it tight for me but was not a good idea. It gives me so much pain. I think I need to stop by there to adjust it again thank you anyway!

Wonderful experience

When I visited the Fort Lee Vision Dr. Diane Kim was very kind and meticulously examined my eyes so she did her best to get accurate results. She really took long enough time to check on my eyes. I was so impressed. I felt like she really took good care of me. The sales staff also presented various options patiently for choosing right glasses for me and helped me to make the best decision through friendly explanations.

The doctor was really great with my 10 year old son especially since sitting still is not his forte. She explained everything she was doing & why so he was totally at ease with her. The only suggestion I have is that they allow patients to utilize the bathroom facilities because when you have multiple people because you have a big family it's hard to have to leave facility to find a restroom accommodation, especially because as a parent you can't leave minor children alone in a doctor's office which means you have to hold your business or take all the kids find a bathroom & then trek back to office. But she is a great doctor very honest and knowledgeable. I would recommend her.

Overall, very good experience with the exception that the glaucoma test (i.e. puff of air test) is done in the waiting area infront of everyone. Kinda weird.

The assistants can be a bit more helpful and attentive. When I was looking for new glasses, neither had approached me to try to see what would be a good fit. After I had chosen my glasses, I waited a while and had to go up to them to get help in purchasing the glasses I wanted. Also, when I came to pick up my glasses, I had also asked for a copy of my prescription. One of the assistants said he needed the doctor to sign it, so I kindly waited. However, when another customer came in, the assistant that was helping me had forgotten about me and I waited longer than expected. Other than that, the doctor is great and I appreciated the time she took in making sure I got the right prescription. I would recommend others see her!

Dr. Kim was so thorough and patient examining my son. How she interacted with my son and how she explained findings and reasons on her prescription made all of us feel very comfortable. My son got his first pair of glasses. Now he can see pretty well and he got used to wear them quick. And no complaint of dizziness or headache even on the first day. Thanks to Dr Kim.
