Happy with Dr Garcia with my exam and explaining to me about my eyes and how personable he was. The person who helped me pick out new frames was great and took the extra mile to help me. Couple of things, when I walked up to the front desk to let the clerk know I was here for my appointment she ask me if I would like to see a different doctor. I made my appointment with Doctor Garcia because that’s who I want to see.😊 I was uncomfortable with my pretesting, but later I as told the clerk was new and in training and Doctor Garcia said he double checks everything.

Outstanding staff and facilities. My first time in was a bit off. But the 2nd an 3rd time was phenomenal. I'd recommend them to any an all.

Friendly, fast, accurate. I’ve been going there for the past 4-5 years. The only thing that I think that needs a little improvement is the variety of frames. They need to have a little more to choose from. Other than that, everything is good. The staff are attentive and I love the nice clean office. I definitely recommend it.

Every thing went well, pleasant up front staff, i did tjink i was going to ser dr garcia at least for the first time visit. When i went into the backroom she was great nice ,let me know what was going on or what test i was going to do. Next another room a young lady came in and checked my eyes, she left the room to ask a couple of questions which made me think, i was with a trainee, or some one that just got her degree. But over all she was pleasent too.

The service is always great and I get in at a timely manner. The doctors are very nice.

Only what you did well? There were some issues. I did have the manager allow me to put new prescription into a pair of old frames due to the frames I bought from you last year we’re defective and I could only afford what my insurance allowed. That was very generous. The Dr. was amazing. I don’t know why your policy is forcing people to purchase New Frames with every eye exam. Seniors who are dealing with new changes to insurance via Medicare being charging huge monthly payments being taken out of our SSI can not afford 200 - 500 for frames. Help us!

Everyone was very friendly. Pretests were conducted professionally and with care. Dr Garcia was nice and informative. Person helping with glasses was patient and helpful. Overall a great experience except I didn’t like was sitting in an exam room for a full half hour before Doctor came in.

My visit was great !!! The ladies in the office were extremely friendly, helpful, and answer all my question.. My doctor was excellent she took all the time and answer my concerns and questions.

As always... front counter folks were quick to check in my wife and I, assistants took us in within minutes to start the machine testing, and Dr. Jeff was in testing our current vision quickly and efficiently. We have both been patients of Dr. Jeff for several years and even brought in some of our grandchildren. Dr. Guerra was wonderful and thorough. One suggestion the young lady that checked me in looks in a rush and not explaining what she was doing until I asked to explain what’s being done in the intake room. I got startled when she blew that air on my eye without notice. I did not expect that happening right away. I also noticed the others greeted and introduced themselves to the patients before me. I did not have that experience.

I was very happy with the doctor and how patient he was with 2 of my kids in the office also getting exams. I was disappointed to learn of the substantial price increase in your contact fitting from just last year. TRICARE pays for an eye glasses exam, so I am responsible for the difference as I wear contacts. Last year I paid $40. This year it is $65.

Family Eyecare has the best staff and I’m so happy with the last service I had with them. My eyeglasses needed a different Type of anti-smudge etc. and they replace the whole lens and No Charge! Their eyeglasses collections with name brands are excellent. I would recommend anyone who is looking for glasses or contacts to see Dr. Garcia and his staff in Lemoore California.

I had a very short wait and the young lady that conducted the various eye tests was very pleasant and efficient. I always enjoy my visits with Dr. Garcia. Ordering my new lens was also pleasant and took very little time. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

This is my 2nd visit to Family Eye Care in Lemoore. The wait time was under five minutes. This office is highly efficient, exhibiting professionalism & a personal touch. I was made to feel that I am a valued patient & not simply a number. My eye exam was both comprehensive & informational. I dig Dr. Garcia BIG TIME; he is VERY professional & it's easy to see that he loves what he's doing. Marleen Lopez & Dr. Garcia are "the bomb." Marleen deserves a raise, NOT a lunch voucher; I mean $$$. Say yes to the raise! It's awesome that the office is so open & I am able to drive around the office in my transformer, Robocop power wheelchair. It was an unusually busy day from what I saw. It's nice to see employees that remain professional in the midst of chaos. It's also nice to NOT see or hear gossiping & bickering between staff members. Thank you for caring about my eyesight & caring for me as a person. On a scale of one to ten with ten being the best, I give Family Eye Care in Lemoore 200%. Dr Garcia was amazing and wonderful. I accidentally stepped on my eyeglasses and started to crack. Dr Garcia has no opening not till February but he was so kind enough to see me sooner, squeezed me into his busy schedules and made me feel well cared for like a family. His staff that helped me to find my best look was super helpful and kind. I love their wide variety of frames and I would highly recommend Dr Garcia and Lemoore Eyecare to anyone looking for a reliable Optometrist. Thank you so much, Dr Garcia.

I brought my father in as a new patient of 91 yrs old. He uses a wheelchair to get around for his doctor visits. Everyone, from the greetings from the front desk staff, techs, Dr Garcia, to the lady who escorted us to the door on our way out, were courteous, caring and totally professional. The front desk always staffed with smart ,caring,very helpful group and most of all understanding.I've unfortunately have had an issue with a scratch on my eye, that at time becomes inflamed, swollen, and very painfull .I was to the point of not being ableo to see , I showed up with no appointment 7:30 am and was seen right away by a optometrist who new exactly what to do,and with in 20min. She not only took care of my eye were it was almost "0" pain , took time to explain what I need to do in the future for my eye but made me feel that I was in good hands at the office of Jeff Garcia optometrist. I went in for it for an eye exam and to purchase prescription sunglasses The sunglasses that I picked out had a sticker on the lens stating polarized at the time of purchase I was asked if if the tent color was fine I said yes once I received the glasses the tent was much lighter and they were not polarized now I'm being told that polarized is an additional $150 and not sure that the lens can be made any darker A little disappointed to say the least I wish that information would have been given to me before I actually purchased their sunglasses
