The girls answering the phones were very sweet and helpful. That really means alot to people who are calling for an appointment or to ask questions. I know. I did that on my previous job. I found Samantha to be so helpful to me because I had called her back at least 3 times. People don't mean it but they find themselves stuck. The voice on the other end helping people is important and I found that with your office. Thank you so much.

The Eyecare Place is well there was no delay in my appointment the doctor was very nice the secretary very nice I wouldn't change my eye doctor for anyone else very nice place to get your eye exam thank you very much please with my eye care place.

I came here to see Dr. Feucht because I wanted to wear contacts, which has been difficult because of my astigmatism and high prescription. I have tried to wear them in the past without much success. I've got to say Dr. Feucht has been great. He is very thorough and really works with you to get the best possible results. He is also a genuinely nice man and really seems to care about his patients. If you're looking for a great and caring eye doctor, I would highly recommend Dr. Feucht.

Dr was great. Everyone was nice. Only downside was they didn't carry the silhouette frames so I had to go elsewhere to have my glasses made. I am, however, getting my contacts there and the Dr. was very reassuring on his willingness to work with me to get them just right, as I have a difficult prescription.

Dr. Feucht is very attentive, he cares and is your biggest advocate for your eye care. He’s great!

The staff was great! I did have to wait a little and it took longer than I expected as was told in the phone it would be a 15 minute appointment. I was in and out in about an hour which is totally fine it just would’ve been better to expect that ahead of time for my boss.

I felt like you guys did pretty well except the minor part where I went to choose glasses and did not really appreciate how the employee kept telling me the glasses I chose did not fit well or looked too “boring.” I felt if it was the glasses I picked them I would enjoy them rather than have an employee tell me differently.

He was informative and thorough, explained things to me in an easily understandable way, and did not sugar-coat the results of my exam. Very laid back environment in a professional atmosphere. The receptionist/secretary/assistant/guru Samantha is a whirlwind of activity with a straight forward approach who keeps the whole place running smoothly. She is professional and pleasant while in business mode in the front office and a fashionista in the glasses department who will help you pick out the best pair by telling you straight up what works and what doesn't, if you want her to (I did!) and she's got a comic streak in her that will keep you laughing and having the most fun ever picking out a new pair of glasses. Honestly can't wait to return to pick them up. All around great experience, even though I was a bit nervous at first as I had previously gone to the same eye doctor for 30+ years. I've found a new home and couldn't be happier!
