My grand daughter had the appointment. She is 7 years old. The testing was quick but. thorough. My appintment timecwas kept. We wasn' t sotting waiting after our appoinment time and besides the traditional eye exam another eye test was recommended and although it was not covered by her insurance... I would say its VERY affordable ( $ 8 out of pocket). Last but certainly not least....All the staff we came in contact with, were all very nice as well as professional... Job well done😊

Everybody was kind and understanding, except when I asked specifically for a certain kind of contacts. I felt that a more expensive brand was pushed on me. Then, when I went to order them, I realized that they were up-charged by twice the amount I’d ever seen anywhere else. Thankfully, the order was cancelled per my request, and they agreed to match any lower prices I found elsewhere. I recommend lowering the profit margin for contact orders to be more reasonable so that people don’t have to cancel their orders and ask for a lower price like I did. I will have to wait at least a week for the refund and for my insurance to be able to reapply my allowance.

The optometrist was very thorough. I thought I had an issue that was very pressing and they were able to get me on the schedule the same day and the optometrist took her time to listen to my concerns. Excellent service!

Great place great service

Dr. Kammons saw me first thing on a Monday morning after I complained of pain in my eye. She accurately diagnosed me with a serious cornea infection the day after I was misdiagnosed, and immediately took action to have me seen at Eye and Ear Hospital, sending me with antibiotic drops to use in the interim. Her quick action may have saved my sight and I am very grateful.

I have been going to EORS for many years. I like the staff and selection of glasses. However, this time was not as good. Nancy made me feel like an annoyance. When I asked her questions about glasses and my insurance, she was curt with the answers. She doesn't seem happy working there and needs to improve her people skills with clients.
