The people who attended me where very puntual in attending me. At the time of my appointment and the doctor examined my eyes very well and explained to me everything that I examined.

I do not own a computer so this is my method of contact. I was treated with respect and professional behavior. I had 3 phone calls and an office visit. Smooth and informative for my ins, my needs and even directions to the office. I would recommend this to anyone who needs an exam and prescription lenses.

Excellent doctors and staff. Been coming here most my life. Only downside is when purchasing new glasses, the staff member should slowly, and thoroughly explain a cost breakdown. What I’m purchasing vs exactly what insurance is covering. That parts always seemed rushed, Not just this visit, but all visits. Kind of sketchy to be honest. I don’t mind paying for what I’m getting, but I always leave confused as to what insurance covered, and did not. I wonder if I’ve been played.

If I were to use a number scale to evaluate the services I received at the Eye Clinic with #1 being Terrible Treatment and #10 being Excellent Treatment ...I will pick #10. The staff was very friendly and professional as well. Everything I had done was pre-explained in an understanding way which gave me comfort knowing I was in good hands..🙂

I was in a bind. I was scheduled to begin a jury trial lasting a week. The judge would not allow a break in trial, to allow me at attend my yearly eye examination, scheduled months in advance. The staff here found a cancellation. I was able to get my yearly eye exam, and was totally impressed with the customer service I received. I would not even consider going anywhere else. Thank you!
