Girls in the office are super friendly and helped me pick out a great glasses frame.

They always go out of their way to treat me well. I am a very difficult person to order glasses. When I had a bad time getting my glasses to work out right they went out of their way to get them right. I had went to another place to order before I found Eyeland, I had so much trouble getting them so I could see out of they told me “here is your money back and goodbye” no help what so ever. Eyeland worked hard and got them right. I will not go anyplace else. Now the girls know me and always greet me and don’t run away when they see me come in. I tried on many different frames and did not know where I picked them up from, and they told me they would put them away for me. Very pleased with the service!

Tabitha did an excellent job helping me find a new frame. She gave me opinions about all of the frames and I needed her help. I have never been in your store and the service was excellent. At the other places I visited to purchase glasses, no one assisted me like Tabitha did and your choice of frames was the largest I’ve ever seen. Could you please recognize Tabitha for her quality service and friendly personality?

I was pleased with the speed of service, both with scheduling and the appointment itself. I was able to call on Monday morning and there were plenty of openings for this week. I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment, and the appointment itself was quick and efficient. Dr. Chung was very helpful and polite, I would recommend him to anyone.

I thought the entire staff, from Dr. Hauk to the girls at the reception desk, were very courteous and very helpful during the eye exam to the point of selecting my glasses. The wait time was not very long and the whole process probably took no more then 45 minutes to an hour. Thank you for your customer service.

Although I understand my plan and what it covers, I felt the call I received ahead of time to ensure I understood this was a nice service. So many people do not understand their plans and even though it is their responsibility to do so, it is very helpful that the office calls the patient to clarify this before they come in for their visit. Everyone from the woman who checked me in to the examiner were very friendly and professional.
