They took care in the possibilities of me having cataracts the doctor gave me advice I took it I'm glad respect her professionalism

My appointment was cancelled due to Covid19

Everything was great Except the check out receptionist. I even asked her about my prescriptions. And she said it will get there about 4:30 Never sent it. No never sent it. My wife went to Walmart after work and they said never sent. So my wife called the doctor he was not to happy but he sent it over but it got there to late to get it. So I had to wait to get it 10:00 the next day. Lost a whole day for the medication. People like that belong in McDonald’s not people that had surgery on their eyes and are depending on their mercy. So sorry but I must tell you.

It was a thorough exam and everyone was very attentive during my visit.

I came in with an eye infection that my private doctor wanted an ophthalmologist to look at to rule out any danger with my eyes. The front office staff was very accommodating and quite friendly. Marilyn, in particular, made sure that I was not only able to get an appointment, but that I got one that afternoon! Dr. Rosenberg was exceptional! I have now found a new ophthalmologist for my eye health.

Doctor was good but I’m use to the tecs helping you pick the best frame for you and this didn’t happen so I was disappointed about that but everything else was fine.

The whole experience was wonderful dr. Patel and the rest of the staff made me feel special everything was superb

I visit eyekrafters for my regular eye exam. I had a really nice experience with all of the staff out there. Dr. Rosenberg is always very pleasant and professional. She made me comfortable with her kind gestures. Their employee, Mr. Patrick helped me choosing the correct eye glasses. He very patiently explained me about the insurance policy and charges. They have a big selection of frames and glasses. I have been visiting this place for more than two years. I would definitely recommend this office.

Dr. Koppel did a fine job diagnosing the problem with my eye. All of the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, along with being helpful and caring.

I had an emergency situation and I am grateful that Marilyn was able to get me in, in such short notice! She did a great job to help. When I got there, Dr. Rosenberg took me right in and did a thorough exam. She diagnosed the problem and gave me a prescription. All of the staff was friendly and stayed late to accommodate me. I appreciate the good service, and look forward to coming back!

Everyone was extremely personable including Stephanie at the front desk, all the way through time with Dr. Koppel himself. I haven't been there in some time but they remembered me like it was yesterday. That's family and that's irreplaceable.

I was in need of glasses and had continuously put it off. I stopped in EyeKrafters just to look. I was greeted warmly by Mr Mike. I asked about calling to make an appointment and he said I could make one now if I liked😃. He escorted me to the receptionist desk where I then spoke with Miss Stephanie. She was also very nice and immediately started working to find me a time that worked for me. I was fortunate enough to get an appointment the next day. When I arrived I had my blood pressure taken by yet another nice young gentlemen. I was then examined by Dr Koppel. He was just wonderful. He took his time to explain what he was doing and answer all my questions. I was then assisted by Mr Patrick to pick out my glasses. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and just an overall wonderful person. I wish all customer service personnel was as pleasant as the team at EyeKrafters. I will never go any where else. And in my opinion the glasses are fairly priced😁 and there's a nice selection to choose from.

Would have given 5 stars. But the frames they have are way overpriced with not much variety. I picked up a frame, online price of that frame is around $70. At Eyekrafters it was $230.

The whole eye exam went well, the doctor was patient, kind and made me feel comfortable. The assistants in the front were nice and easy to greet. Although, some assistants could be nicer when talking to customers. Some come off with an attitude which doesn’t make sense because from the customers point of view all we’re trying to do is have our questions answered. But overall, the experience was great!

I have been coming here for 3 years. The older receptionist was not polite at all. She reprimanded me for being early. I was thinking about going to another office because I have great eye insurance. However, Kevin and Brandon changed my mind; especially Brandon. He went out his way to assist me with picking out glasses. He even took the time to add the price. There was also a short lady with black hair. Instead of her saying excuse me when we were looking at glasses she just said coming through. She looked like she really did not want to be there. I usually do not share my comments but Brandon and Kevin made such a good impression. I would come back just for their service.

This was my first visit here and I was treated kind by everyone. The place is roomy and clean. Dr. Rosenberg was kind ,patient and knowledgeable. A young lady helped me to find my glasses. My eyesight has been getting worse over the past 10 years, so I thought it best to change optometrists in order to get a second opinion. Dr. Koppel came highly recommended. Wait time was acceptable. I had to wait only a short period of time before Dr. Koppel started the exam. Customer Service was excellent. Doctor Rosenberg was very nice and was extremely patient with me when it came to putting on the contact lenses, in addition, Polina, a lady who works there, taught me how to properly put on and take off my contact lenses. She was extremely helpful and was really patient with me even though I kept stabbing myself in my eye lol. Anyway I think that the staff at Eyecrafters really made my first experience with contacts a good one. -Akhil a sharma

Was greeted and promptly led into the office to begin the visit. 1:15 appointment began at 1:15 which doesnt always happen at the doctors.

The doctor is great with kids and adults all upgrades done to the place is great!!! It appears to have upgraded outside all around but the doctor has always been his great consistent doctor !!! I have been bringing my daughter since she was 3 she is 9 I have been going to him before she was born over 10 years with this doctor I love him !!!

Over all it was good. But one of the front desk staff seemed to be not happy when asked for the prescription. Or atleast the way she replied sounded rude and unhappy.

Great staffs, specially Benji she was so patient, helped me picked out my glasses and I loved them..I initially came there the day before with my daughter to get her prescription filled for her glasses, my sister Mona told me they had great glasses.. but was not sure if they do eyes exam. I saw one their staffs Benji wearing these beautiful glasses, found out she was wearing the company glasses.. I made an appointment for the next since I was overdue for my yearly eyes check up.. Dr. Koppel was great, took his time to do my eyes exam, very personable with his patients. I’ve been going here for years and have always had a pleasant experience. For this past visit however, Marilyn went above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of, even before I saw the doctor. There was a slight discrepancy with billing, but she worked efficiently to make sure the situation was rectified accordingly. I had no worries and have nothing negative to say about this establishment or its staff!

I found this place because I lost my eye doctor they just disappeared. Now I wouldn't go anywhere else you people are cool.

Registration process went very well. Patients shouldn't have to wander around asking what next after exam. I think when customers are being helped..the assistants? Should not go away for long times and not give patient feedback as to what is going on and why the wait is so long
