I shared a scary experience I had at a previous eye clinic with one if my doctors who recommended me to Georgia Eye Specialists (her family's eye care doctor). I felt more relaxed about the visit with such high recommendation. I was greeted by two young ladies who professionally greeted me and assisted me in a slight insurance problem. My exam began with the professionality I anticipated and the technician who explained and recorder everything the doctor would need for precise diagnosis was friendly and on point. The doctor was absolutely fantastic: She read my stats and proceeded with the examination. She was very clear about the condition of my eye health and any other health issues that could affect my vision as well. Her recommendations were clear, her attitude was pleasant and friendly. I look forward to meeting with the staff next year. It had been over two years since I had my eyes examined. I highly recommend GES.

Doctor Dandridge did an excellent job resolving my issue with my eyes and educating me on what was going on and the resolution. Her assistant who diolated my eyes did a great job as well. The entire medical team delivered superb medical care on the phone and in person with excellent medical care!

Staff are super friendly. Dr. N. Is very skilled and competent. However, he somewhat seems to fall into a formula mode where he asks the same questions over and over, and gives quick pat answers to my questions. I feel more like a client than a person.

My visit on Wednesday, May 8, 2019 was with Dr. Lashaundra Dangerfield. This was my first time with the doctor. She was very informative about my eye health and provided solutions to help improve my overall eye health.

I was highly satisfied with the service I received up to the receptionist, the person who did my eye exam, and the doctor. Also Paula the person who helped me and my family choose our frames is always very helpful and makes it fun by giving us a variety but, afforadable amount of frames to choose from and it was all done in a timely manner.

I called today to schedule a consultation for refractive lens surgery - I was disappointed to discover I would have to pay so much for a consult. This was my first visit for my eight year son. the experience was going well until the Eye Examiner, not the doctor, diagnosed my son as being legally blind when he was unable to read the letters on the mirror/wall. After having his eyes dilated, he was able to see the letters perfectly fine. This as a parent and daughter of someone who is legally blind really set me back. Having so many questions and after speaking with the DOCTOR, he is near sighted not legally blind. The doctor explained everything to me in regards to my son and he will be receiving his glasses on Friday :). The doctor relieved me of so many worries and was very knowledgeable and polite! The whole staff was pleasant, besides the Eye Examiner. I also informed the doctor of what the Eye Examiner said to me and she said she was wrong for telling me that! That term was used very loosely when she examined my son and I really do not appreciate it! It was not her place to diagnose him... even if she saw something was not right, that is to be passed on to the doctor and at the point the doctor would explain everything. All in all, I loved the visit. I will be returning to the Cleveland Ave location on his next visit which is next year. Thank you!

The only issue I have with this office is long wait times. I’m not sure if when scheduling patients it gets over booked but it is an inconvenience especially when you have other things to do during the day. Mornings are better than afternoons but still too long.

Great appointment today; from the time I entered the building to the time I exited it was simply wonderful.
