I walked in just with the intention of doing an eye exam, and getting glasses at a later date. Though there was a glitch in the system, The Doctor (forgot his name -- from South Africa) had space to fit me in. He was great and very helpful and quick with the eye test -- explaining everything as we did it. While I was waiting after the pretest for the doctor, Jason immediately started assisting me in looking for glasses. Jason seemed to know what styles would look best on my face shape, what would compliment my features, while also allowing me to have some say in colors and designs of glasses. I was blown away with how good Jason was with choosing the glasses! I totally was not expecting that kind of above and beyond service. He explained everything I needed to know about the glasses, insurance coverage, and long term maintenance of the glasses. One of the pairs of glasses Jason picked out for me I immediately fell in love with and am SO excited to pick up in a couple weeks! I will definitely recommend this place to friends and family in the future because of the service I received today.

I really appreciated being questioned twice about the differences between lenses. Sometimes that’s the hardest thing to answer because it’s not always clear which lens is better. Knowing that I answered consistently a few times makes me feel more confident in my prescription.

Check-in was quick and my wait for the eye tests was was very short. The wait for the doctor was also amazingly fast. For a new patient like me, it was FANTASTIC! The doctor was personable and thorough, and answered all my questions. And I ask a LOT of questions. My lenses were ready in less than the estimated time, so I couldn't be happier. This is the only optometrist office on the planet that offers weekend hours. I won't hesitate to refer people to this office.

Eye Q offers a tremendous variety of frames, particularly those that are fun, interesting, or a bit more artistically inspired and crafted. The doctors are top-notch thoughtful and thorough. The Opticians are well informed of their products and are excellent at helping a person choose a frames suitable for their face structure and personality. Everything was fine, except when I left, I forgot to ask for my prescriptions for new lenses. I phoned your office and they said they'll mail me them. I think the fact that Stephanie was focused on making me one more appointment might have overshadowed the new prescriptions.

I didn't have to wait. People were friendly. I was informed about what the testing was for before I met with Optometrist. I like Dr Shen. He is thorough, polite, explains what he is doing and why. Also was familiar with what my insurance covered I have seen him for several years and seems to enjoy what he does and the company he works for. The receptionists were professional and offered to arrange to fit my glasses. When I asked to see Laura they let me know what days she is available. I was done in an hour. You do everything well! Have been a Dr Noel patient from back in the days when he was working in a different optometry office owned by someone else. He’s thorough & the office has a machine that eliminates the need for dilation which I appreciate. His optician, Laura, knows what frames I’ll look best in. There are other opticians that I just haven’t tried— in the same as well as other optometrists. Just haven’t ventured out of my comfort zone of familiarity.

Laurie was very knowledgeable and helped me out a lot. Looking for that just fitting well glasses. I’ve never had real glasses so it was a big deal to me and she was a trooper I tried on a lot of styles. All in all a very good experience. When I picked up my glasses. I wasn’t too impress with the man who helped me. He didn’t even clean my glasses off and tried to bend the ends of frame attached to the lens to bend them ? I’m like I thought he might break them. Not using heat or anything. I didn’t understand why he did that. Anyway I had to have them adjusted at costco a few days later. They kept falling down in my face and I couldn’t read right. Also I thought having such large glasses the reading area would be a little larger. But I’m adjusting to them. Thanks you
