Very complete and thorough examination by Dr Ailani and staff. Have always been very pleased with Dr. Ailani’s surgery on my cataracts and his advice before and after the surgery, including today’s annual visit.

In my experience, Dr Abramowitz is continuing to give the patients inherited from Dr. Goldberg the Gold Standard of care to which we have become accustomed. The Staff is pleasant and efficient in facilitating an On-Time office.

Everyone from front desk personnel to the doctor and her assistant (not sure of her title) were warm, friendly and smiling ...they all were knowledgeable in their areas. I've been seeing Dr. Ailani for about 7 or 8 years now and he is the best hands down. Prior to seeing him, I was working with my previous ophthalmologist for over a year and they were unable to help with my eye issue and they were somewhat dismissive (they'd tell me to try something for 3 mths and come back if it didn't get better). I found Dr. Ailani and he had my problem solved in my very first visit, but he also let me know that he had another plan of action if his first course of treatment didn't work, and that we would know within a few weeks if we'd need to try something else (not 3 mths). I appreciated this because I wasn't getting anywhere with the previous Dr. and I was making appointments every 3 mths with no clear plan of action for the next visit. Since that very first visit (and every visit since then) he has been engaged in the appointment and has a great 'bedside' manner because he listens to your concerns - if you went into the appointment worried, he has a calmness about him that makes you feel better when the appt is over. He recently performed a routine eye surgery and I couldn't be more pleased. Everything went exactly the way he described. I have recommended Dr. Ailani to family and friends and will continue to do so. He is the kind of Dr. a patient will follow to another practice because he genuinely cares about his patients.

Always an excellent experience. Dr. Abramowitz is perfect in taking over for Dr. Goldberg whom I saw for over 30 years! I drive from DE and the weather was hideous, a huge rainstorm, caused me to be about an hour late for my appt. The staff and Dr. were great and were able to fit me in to accommodate my out of town situation with limited time. I had a contact stuck in my eye. I tried to get it out myself but only succeeded in irritating my eye. Dr Van Looveren was excellent and got the contact out quickly and painlessly. I appreciate her expertise and I thank Eye Consultants for getting me in quickly

I was not kept waiting for an appointment, personnel was very professional, and Dr did a thorough exam.

I am still having problems, my vision is still foggy in my left (dominate) eye. It still feels like there might be something in my eye. However, I will be out of town for the rest of the week. So if these issues continue, I will make an appointment for the following week.

Dr. Parelhoff was very nice to work with.....answered my questions, gave me his phone number so that if I had any questions or concerns after the surgery I could call him directly. On the follow up visit, he was still very open and seemed to have all the time in the world. I am also a patient of Dr. Alamo and he is the same great doctor. I recommend your practice anytime anyone asks if I know a good eye doctor practice!
