I went in for a viral infection in my right eye, it was very swollen. The doctor was very informative and compassionate. His diagnosis was correct and he prescribed medicine and it started clearing up right away. Thank you so much.

I found it weird that a tech did all the measurements and then the dr re checked all her work. Why doesn't the dr just do all the measuring? Can you please look into getting the drops that reverse the dilation. 8 am spots are difficult to have dilated eyes all day.

Great experience, except I waited in the exam room for 35minutes for the eye dr. No one checked in on me, or made any recognition that I was waiting so long. 10-15 minutes might be reasonable, not 35minutes.

Dr. Smith did an excellent job with my eye exam. He spent time with me explaining the results of each procedure. I was in shock over how much my fees were. My bill was much higher than the cost of exam and refraction and I couldn't see a breakdown of fees because I still haven't seen an invoice.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed meeting the doctor and I will be back for further treatment.

I thought my appointment was at 0845, when I got there the young woman at the desk said it was at 0830 and she was Not nice. Who knows what I was told, but she told me I was going to have to wait for awhile and she was frankly just bitchy!

The checkin was tedious since I am a returning patient and the wait was almost an hour past our appointment. When we finally met with Dr. Ehrlich he was calm and receptive. He explained everything he was doing and wanted me to understand any procedures I might be considering.

Regarding the sheet to mark when eye drops are to be given, it needs to show the minimum time between drops.

The Waiting Room was not a long wait. The nurse and the doctor were both sensitive to the eye examination--no one is comfortable when someone is near their eyes, but the examination was fully explained and carefully executed. Dr Erlich is the best. Before care was exemplar with a critical and complete exam, present with oversight before surgery, surgery without complications and a complete exam and follow up the next day. Absolutely the best care possible and an extremely nice person.

I had to get in to see a doctor as soon as possible and you took me right away. The MD gave me a very through examination and explained my condition.

Office got me in very quickly based on the hospital's recommendation for me to be seen right away, even though the hospital's diagnosis was incorrect.

The new doctor spent a lot of time explaining in enough detail what I need to do that I finally understand. Really appreciated that. He also gave me 2 different kinds of drops so I can see which on works best.
