My entire experience was exceptional! Tricia and Pam were especially helpful in accommodating me so that I could see Dr. Schwers, even though he is out-of-network for my insurance plan. Dr. Schwers was so personable and thorough during my exam, answering my questions and sharing his expertise, all the while making certain that we registered the most accurate results. He even took time to make recommendations for lenses for my sun glasses. Agar was equally helpful and accommodating. She went out of her way to read the prescriptions on my sun glasses and a previous pair that I had brought in, in addition to fixing the bent hinge on my sun glasses. My overall experience for my annual eye exam was off-the-charts exceptional— thank you so much!!!

I liked the Dr but when I went to pay the information I was told on my phone call was that I wouldn't have to pay bit then I did have to pay. I wasn't expecting that. They did make it right by allowing me to pay later.
