I lost a crown and had a choice of dentists from which to chose. However, I realized that the procedure would be somewhat complex, and after due consideration to all of my options decided on Expressions. My decision was justified: the staff was attentive and professional. But more than that the staff was well-trained in the use of state-of-the-art, extremely high-tech devices--so that the entire process was completed in just one single visit--and as someone who fears dentists, the procedure was surprisingly painless that my fears were unwarranted in the extreme!

My husband and I were charged for cleanings previously. Our only complaint is that we would like to be informed if we have to pay out of pocket prior to coming to our appointment. Instead after we received our services, we received a bill in the mail. We were under the impression that it was covered under our insurance.

I have been a patient of Dr McCaslin since she opened her office in the East Lake community. I have always been impressed by her state of art and holistic approach used in her practice. Recently I took advantage of a procedure that significantly reduces apnea. Connected trays are placed in the mouth while you sleep ( not as bad as it sounds) and they open the airway. I can’t tell you how much better I sleep and rested I feel when I wake up. I haven’t felt this ways in years. I highly recommend that you contact Chelse in Dr McCaslin’s office. She is very knowledgeable and can answer any questions you have about the procedure.

I had some old fillings redone, this was a involved procedure that under normal conditions could cause allot of discomfort as well as anxiety but Dr. McCaslin made it painless and comfortable, something not many other Dentists could do, which is why I only go to her! Awesome practice. The staff our very helpful. The Dental Hygentis know how to conduct deep cleaning with minimal pain. They care about how you feel. I had a crown done in a two hour process. I was impressed how they computer generated a 3D image of the area and sent the images electronically to the laser that created my crown. WOW! They have the latest technology. Dr. Laura Goodwin is awesome. She cares and always ask questions to ensure she is giving you the best care. My whole family of four go here. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I feel like family when I go here. You can't get this type of service anywhere. Trust them. They actually care.

I was impressed by my total experience at Expressions. When I called to set my initial appointment I advised I am an epileptic with a service dog. I was both surprised and appreciative that shortly after making the appointment I received a call back urging me to bring her along, and advised that she would not be viewed as posing any imposition. A week before the scheduled appointment I was informed of an earlier opening and was rescheduled for the next day. I was again urged that my dog should accompany me. Fortunately, my brother was able to drive me and she remained in the waiting room with him. Nevertheless, I was grateful for the receptive and courteous approach of the staff. That continued the entire time I was there. During each of the various steps it was explained to me what these would entail. Similarly, I was periodically asked of my status as to how I was handling the procedure, and told it could be paused if I felt it necessary. I was advised what was found, and the remedy of reimplacing the prosthetic crown which had dislodged and fallen out was expertly accomplished. Bottom line: Expressions gets all five stars from me merely because there weren't more to give in the review. I will not only be returning for future bi-annual appointments, in the interim I will be informing others of my totally positive experience at Expressions when appropriate, and recommending others also select your facility for their dental needs. My thanks to you all.

The hygienist and dentist were awesome however even though I arrived 15 minutes late, I waited 45 minutes to see the hygienist not being informed by the front desk person that I was being worked in to see her and would have appreciated being told this as would have rescheduled the hygienist appointment. It worked out for all this time but can’t wait 45 minutes during the week to be seen.

Everything was great, except that every time I or a family member had a set appointment, the office is always calling and trying to change it. It is very inconveinant to patients and their own personal and work schedules. This has happened every time we have an appointment. It also happened to other family members that use the practice. I do not think it is a good business practice. People put the appointment on their calendar to come in at that time, then the front office text or calls to change it. It is a negative thing to be doing to the patients on a regular basis. I have referred people to go there, they have. Then they asked me if this was a normal thing you all do. I told them yes, because it is.

The bleaching was done well without any problems or discomfort. However the removal of the gauze rolls was VERY painful. I said something after each removal with suggestions to prevent the damage to my gums but she continued to say ‘pulling them out quickly is the best way’. It’s been a week and remain unable to use my electric toothbrush near my front gums. Which was the last driest area when the gauze was painfully removed. Sadly some of the bleaching has diminished as I am unable to brush as well as I should.

Always greeted when I walk through the door. I rarely have to wait and had no wait time at all this visit. Zefi is wonderful and does a great job! Dr. McCaslin is always great. Going to the dentist is rarely on the top of the list of things I want to do but I feel that my teeth are very well taken care of and that's very important to me.

Always pleasant, organized, and thorough.

It was a “good” experience as the hygienist honored my request that she not talk so much. The only thing I didn’t like was that Dr. Mc Caslin said too loudly, as she came into the room to examine me, “So, you have breast cancer and are being treated with chemotherapy.” I reminded her about HIPPA to which she replied, “no-one knows who you are.” I felt embarrassed and humiliated and was shocked at her careless and indifferent attitude. She is usually more compassionate. I know other people heard her because the rooms are open and I clearly heard a conversation between a male patient and the hygienist and/or the doctor while my teeth were being cleaned. I’m actually considering changing dentists.

You are all wonderful. Dr. McCaslin is so professional and so down to earth it feels like I'm talking to my sister. It makes the dental appointment a pleasant experience. Keep doing what you're doing!

Dr.McCaslin is the best. Been her patient for more than 10 years! Caring and ever learning more to bring the best care in house. If you like a particular hygienist, you can ask to remain with that person. Otherwise, they may switch you each time for ease of scheduling.

My visit of 7-Dec-2018 was a good visit. Heather was professional and courteous. She made my visit pleasant. She was generous with her "learned knowledge. For example, I learned the difference between stannus fluoride and sodium fluoride (sodium monofluoride). I place a lot of value on knowledge and do appreciate having an informed employee during my visit.

Healthy gums and teeth are the Gateway to a healthy body. Kara, my hygienist at Expressions not only cleans my teeth every 6 months , but she has given me suggestions that have helped me keep my gums and teeth healthy. If your gums are unhealthy, the bacteria causing the inflamed gums can get into your bloodstream cussing many other bodily ailments.

The staff and Dr McCaslin did a wonderful job cleaning my 90 year old mothers teeth. She has Parkinson’s and requires tender care. Everyone was so kind and caring. Dr McCaslin filled 3 teeth at a later appt and my mother fell asleep from being so comfortable. If I lived nearby, I would definitely go to see Dr McCaslin at Expressions Dentistry !

Dental visits are always professional, prompt and friendly starting with the the front desk check-in. My hygienist is wonderful! She always shares helpful info regarding my personal dental care and answers all my questions. Expertise is unsurpassed. Exceptionally clean office and do I dare cite exceptionally competent “staff”? Felt more like exceptionally competent “family”! This doctor (Lyndsey) is simple one of a kind- she was completely painless (NONE), compassionate and more knowledgeable than most in her field (IMO). My favorite take-away was resolution of the issue I came in for, knowing the doc has the most up-to- date dental technology (Full crowns are complete in 1 Visit, about an hour, no double and triple visits with temp crowns). Finally, I have no more fear of dentistry (I use to fly to CA for my dental care!) Call for your appt today. I know you will be treated as a VIP. Every patient is! I have no complaints. Everyone is so nice and professional. I love the reminders of upcoming appointments. I had a different experience with the flouride treatment. I had the raspberry flavor this time & I usually always get mint (don’t know if this is relevant), however a half hour after treatment I decided to chew gum (which I’ve done usually always without problems). The gum melted all around my teeth & I was trying to pick it out (horrible, don’t laugh 😆). Just wanted you all to know in case patients should be warned or maybe it was some other problem.

Everyone is pleasant and understanding. I have needed to change my appointment with only a couple days notice and they are great about helping. The staff are very nice and make you feel comfortable when having work done. I love this group for my dental work.

Love my dentist. Confusion at check out was not pleasant. Used to being asked at check in about any changes. I was told they would be with me shortly then I was called back. At check out I kind of received an attitude when I said I had changes. I was told well you should have informed us at check in. I did what I was asked to do at check in. I apologized but felt bad.

The appointment was just the amount of time I needed, not too long or too short. It fit perfectly with my schedule

I have never had a better dentist (& entire staff) in all my years, including other states. They are fabulous and the prices are very fair, compared to the majority of practices. Good luck finding a better dental office! It doesn't exist.

Dr McCaslin is extremely thorough and clearly explains what is best for your own dental health. I have had cleanings by a few of the hygienists and each one was friendly, professional and prompt. They were very accommodating in seeing me on a Saturday when I had s problem that required immediate attention. I highly recommend Dr McCaslin and her team!

I like the people and new facility though it is farther for me. My only issue is that the dentist wasn't there to review my teeth after the cleaning and I wasn't told in advance that she wouldn't be there. If I had known I would have rescheduled as that is why you go to the dentist. Thank you

I just moved to the area recently and I broke a tooth. It was a Friday and I came to find out most dentists here don't work on Fridays. I finally found this office that was open and they were kind enough to accommodate me within an hour of calling. In a matter of 2 hours my tooth was repaired and I got a cleaning and I was totally satisfied. Everyone was friendly, professional and competent. I am very happy to have a new dentist and would highly recommend them to everyone.
