I have now had two root canals performed by Dr. Raed Kasem. He and his staff are truly wonderful- I felt I was in safe hands. I get extremely nervous with these procedures- but they “keep me calm”! All the staff was caring, friendly, and professional. I know I haven’t had the pleasure of meeting all the staff- but Courtney, Mariana, and Michelle assisted Dr. Kasem and they were wonderful! 11 Nov 2019: It was an emergency referral from my primary dentist to ENDODONTIC Associates for root canal evaluation. Dr. Robert Haller and his staffers were extremely efficient and professional in their work. I felt better immediately. Such a positive experience it was -- yes, at a dentist -- believe me. Going back in a week to finish off my root canal.

Dr. Kasem and his staff were superb. Started on time, finished on time with minimal discomfort.

Calling into this office I was making an appointment for a root canal for a tooth that was causing extreme pain and sleepless nights, they provided me same day appointment and within two hours of my call I was seated, numb and ready for procedure. The staff was efficient and friendly. Dr. Haller. was gentle and explained the findings of the x-rays and the procedure he was going to perform. I was in and out of this office in two hours, quick and painless procedure. I will be visiting this office again for any and all my endodontic needs. Very pleased with the service and staff at this facility.

Had to wait 40 mins, but thanks for working me in. Dr Haller is the best.

Dr. Kushner provided excellent treatment. I had 2 root canals done by her and with both she demonstrated her professionalism and expertise. She informed me about what she was going to do before she did it, showed me images and provided as much comfort as possible. She gave novacaine gently and compassionately. After treatment I had no problems and did not need to take any medication for discomfort and the type of novocaine she gave did not take long after to wear off. She also completed the work, and one was a very large tooth that had infection. Dr. Kushner provided quality care with speed and efficiency.

Dr. Halter and his staff made me feel relaxed and confident in their ability to treat my dental problem. I was impressed with how gentle and caring Dr. Haller was during my procedure. He explained every move he was making. Thank you for a pleasant experience.

Dr Haller and the staff are the perfect combination of expertise and patient care. They were attentive, thorough, interested in my well-being and detailed in their diagnosis and course of treatment.

Made me very relaxed and explained everything very well and what to expect after my procedure was done.

My stitches were removed without a lot of discomfort.

It was helpful that everything was explained before and during the procedure. One thing that would have helped would have been some kind of painkiller for the aftereffects which were very painful and lasted throughout the evening. I took Tylenol, which did nothing to alleviate the pain. I probably should have asked about that.

Very fine exam. I still remain concerned with the soreness in #20. And that #'s 18, 19, and 20 are, again, a bit short after Dr. Raffoul finished those crowns and then polished them. Dr. Haller is a consummate professional and very experienced in a difficult profession. He truly wants to do the best for the patient without causing situations where infections might reoccur. This was a 6 month followup to assess if infection reoccurred at the root of my tooth. None showed up but just the commitment to have me reappear for a review is very comforting for my dental care.
