I had a 10 am appt., and wasn't seen until 10:15. I had another appt. I had to be to at 11. The dental hygienist did everything she could to get me out of there by 10:50. I was out and made it to my next appt. on time! I've been coming here since I was 18, I'm now 45. I love this place for a reason!

Great "chair side" manner, love em both! Scheduling wasn't easy to say the least. I just started a new job and could not take any time off, I was being a huge pain in the ass. But Elk River Family Dentistry pulled it off despite of me. I think Dr. Harrison and Jewel had a 6:10 pm cancelation or maybe just agreed to stay late and finish putting in my new crown? I was in your office 20 minutes early my hygenist was 10 minutes late. I was very happy with her other wise, she was knowledgeable, gentle, and gave me good advice as did the dentist. I wish as a senior client your office would offer a discount for seniors. I do not have dental insurance now, and may have to get it, I know you receive discounted payment for insurance so why not offer seniors something in between full charge and the insurance rate?
