I meant to give you guys a yelp review but I completely forgot. Anyhow, the staff here is so wonderful. The gal on the phone is great, the hygeniest is great, and both dentists we’ve seen have been great! We have seen Dr. Beckly in the past but she was not there the day my daughter had her appointment. I was a bit concerned since we love Dr. Beckly. It ends up we have a young female doctor by the name of Dr. Beadle (I believe that’s her name) and she was AMAZING! My daughter was thrilled as she looooves the dentist and Dr. Beadle did not disappoint. I called the office as a brand new patient with concerns about my jaw. Elite Dental Associates got me in to see the dentist the very next Day. When I finished with that immediate concern, they scheduled me for a regular exam within two weeks. All the staff I encountered were kind, professional and efficient. I am extremely satisfied with the service I received there.

I really loved that the entire staff is so welcoming! I never sat around waiting for the dentist because they’re so prompt. Definitely not like your average dentists. They even affored me a neck pillow and made my whole experience very comfortable. From xrays to billing everything was a smooth experience. I would highly recommend Elite Dental Associates

My tooth broke on Wednesday evening, so I called Thursday morning. I was able to get appointment for Friday, when I saw Dr Beckley she said she was available then to do my crown ...so 1 hour later I walked out done...with hardly any pain.

Everything fine except the “factory” feel. I arrived early and had to wait due to apparently multiple others scheduled at the same time. It won’t stop me from keeping Elite because assistants and Dr. are great. But that is some you might want to work on, cause could create issues in long run. I know. I have my own clientele. Thanks!

The staff is consistently friendly with one exception- The receptionist. On numerous occasions she has seemed stressed out or just plain indifferent when asked questions or while i’m checking in. Don’t know if maybe I catch her on a “bad day” but those days seem to be more and more frequent.

The Front Office staff was cordial and efficient. The amount of paperwork required was moderate. I was admitted to the Examination Area promptly. The Radiograph Technician was sensitive to my gag reflex difficulty and modified her technique to accommodate me. The dentist was friendly and professional -- providing a clear assessment of my current state of dental health. In addition, the dentist took the time to make sure I understood the course of treatment, answered all my questions, and made a definite recommendation about apparatus for sonic flossing. The Course of Treatment presented to me was clear and detailed. Altogether, my first visit was positive. This practice was recommended to me by another patient and, so far, I would recommend it to others.
