I love that I am seen when my appointment is and I don't have to wait extended periods of time. I also like that everyone makes an effort to remember your name and remember things about your life. It creates a personal relationship with everyone

I have been going to Elite for over 6 years and I'm always met with friendly and experienced staff. I love Dr. Layton and feel that he really cares for his patients and want's to see them get better. The one thing I would love to see improved is the wait time. I understand that emergency's come up and when I'm one of those emergency's I'm grateful I can get in. But when I'm waiting for 30 to 45 minutes every appointment It's hard and I feel my time isn't valued. My OBGYN has never made me wait for longer than 5 minutes. If a patient is more than 10 minutes late they reschedule them. One time the doctor was called into an emergency c-section and I received a call from the staff, before I got there for my appointment, asking me if I would like to come and wait or reschedule....reschedule please! It's amazing and I'd love to see Elite get there!
