I am so glad for your policy of screening/diagnostic x-rays every two years. Otherwise, I would not have known about the aggressive resorption in my upper, front, left incisor. I am so glad that I am not as yet having any symptoms. I made an appointment for the latter part of next month to start the treatment process for an implant. My visit last week to Dr. Dunn’s office was as always a pleasant experience. The front office greeted me with a welcoming smile, the wait was brief, and Dr. Dunn took a few moments for friendly conversation before examining my teeth, then explained clearly what my problem was, and what would have to be done. My husband and I have been his patients for many years, and trust him completely to always have our best long term interests in mind when makes decisions about our teeth.

I did respond saying it was good. Also said you have me down for 2 appointments in April and April 30 is the correct appointment.

I’ve been with this practice for over 45 years but never needed more than annual cleaning and one filling. Then I broke a molar. Called and got in the next day with Dr CASTRO and in three hours left with an excellent new crown! Can’t beat that for responsiveness and capability. I’m so happy to get it all done in one visit.

His use of 3D technology for creating crowns enables completing both the preparation, construction of the crown, and the fitting in one session. As I entered the treatment room, I was surprised to find out that my hygienist with whom I had made an appointment was not going to treat me. Instead a fill-in hygienist was going to perform my bi-annual dental cleaning. I would appreciate it if in the future I am called well prior to my appointment to alert me that my normal hygienist will not be available, and I am given a choice to proceed with my appointment with a fill-in hygienist or to reschedule.
