I have enjoyed every visit to DPR General Dentistry the past 3 years. The reception staff is very friendly and helpful. The hygienists are very gentle when cleaning my teeth and let me know what they are doing. The Doctors I've had (Dr. Riad and Dr. Messer) are also very gentle and communicate well while performing procedures and ask frequently how I am doing during the procedure. They are both highly skilled. I mention the gentleness of the hygienists and doctors because I have had painful experiences at other practices. I would not go anywhere else.

I did not have to wait when I got there. The doctor explained what she was going to do and made sure that I did not experience any pain. When she was done, she made sure that I was happy with the way my tongue felt against the new filling.

It has been a long time since I had to have a filling replaced. Dr. Potempa explained every step of the process. He answered all my questions and helped me to understand what was happening and what to expect. The staff helped make sure I was placed in the room in a timely fashion and did not leave my side through the whole procedure. It was a pleasurable experience. Thank you to Dr. Potempa and the whole staff.

The staff and Dr. Dick are extremely dedicated to their patients with the care and compassion they provide. From the time you walk in and greeted kindly by Diane to Jessica, the Hygentist who takes great care and time with a cleaning to Dr. Dick who takes the necessary time to look things over carefully. The atmosphere is also at its best. Great, great place with a complete and relaxing environment.
