I no longer have a computer to make comments on many websites. I did answer a request for comment for my dental cleaning the day after my visit. I was very pleased with the whole procedure and my teeth feel great. I don’t know why you didn’t see it. I have been coming there for years with NO new cavaties . I attribute the good record to the dental exams, regular cleanings and recommendations by Dr. Gruenes and the professional staff. I never dread a dental appointments as I did for many years because there is no pain involved and it is always a positive experience to hear “no new cavities!’ and I always have a good time there. The DDS Hygenist was very easy to work with as a patient, the right mix of levity & professionalism. As for Dr Gruenes, she is has a focus of ensuring you as the patient understand what & why she recommends each procedure as well as what you should expect as an outcome. Overall, the entire staff will let you know expected out of pocket costs for your approval.

Dr. Gruenes is so personal. I always feel like I am the only patient in the clinic. She takes her time and makes sure that I am comfortable and I understand everything we are going to do. She answers all of my questions very thoroughly. She just has a very kind demeanor. All other staff are just as wonderful as well. Everyone in this office is very welcoming.

I’m such a picky person and have had not-so-great dental experiences in the past that I have been putting off repairing my front tooth for nearly a decade. From the front desk to the dental chair, the staff here are awesome. You can tell that it is their priority to make you feel comfortable and answer all your questions (even when you have a million of them and often the same question twice). Once the plan of action was in place, it didn’t take long before I was smiling my best smile in quite some time. I’ve regained my confidence thanks to Stephanie and staff!

While vacationing in Minnesota I had a dental emergency and Dr Stephanie was highly recommended by a friend. I called at 8am and I was in her chair by 9:30. She and her staff were friendly and thorough. Dr. Gruenes helped me resolve my discomfort and enjoy the rest of my stay.

I don’t mind when the dental hygentist talks to the dentist on what’s discussed but I hate it when they explain everything to the receptionist/billing person. I feel that’s none of their business. They should just have the knowledge of what I’m being billed for not what I’ve decided to do for the future.

Always been great! Their is a new hygienist that I haven't seen before and they aren't as gentle as my previous cleanings but, she was very thorough and all and all did a good job. Could have spent more time polishing as well.

Jamie my hygienist knocked it out of the park and didn’t demean me making me fee like I was neglecting my teeth. Personal dental hygiene is a priority for me and although I work hard at it most others still make you feel like a failure but not this young lady. Keep up the good work.
