Dr. Zoellner has done an excellent job hiring his employees. I worked in customer service for several years. Most businesses really do not have different or better products to offer but their employees make all the difference. I do not believe you will find better customer service at any other eye care facility in Tulsa. The selection of eyewear is top notch. I was very impressed that even a single mother with three children would be able to afford eyeglasses at Dr. Zoellner’s!

I came in because I had something happen to my last pair of contacts so I needed new ones immediately. My insurance wouldn't show up but the girl who helped me made every attempt to figure it out. When I was quoted price I was told that I could price match. So when I was getting my trial pair the girl who helped me figured out if my price match would work. Everyone was very helpful and nice.

Dr. Swift is very personable and always does such a great job getting my prescription perfect. Aaron was very helpful when I decided to order my frames and explained the differences in the lenses to help me make the best choice possible. Everyone at Dr. Zoellner's on South Memorial makes you feel comfortable from the front desk upon entering until you are ready to leave. These are all the reasons why I keep returning when I need an eye exam and new glasses.

I was blown away by the service I received today. I was in a hurry on the way out of town and lost my glasses. I came hoping I could get a pair quickly. Makala was my saving grace. Not only did she help me pick glasses and saves me money but she also told the lab I needed them quickly. Even before I could pay Makayla was handing me my completed glasses. She went above and beyond to assist me today. She is a star and I am positive that all off the customers she helps believes the same. What a ray of sunshine on a day I was so stressed. My visit ended up being wonderful. But it didn't start that way. My daughter and I came in on 10/19 about 1:00 pm. We both needed a pair of glasses, we already had our eye exam. We walked around for awhile looking at the glasses. I was wanting a pair of either the Oakley or ray ban sunglasses. The cases where kicked. I thought if I stood there long enough someone would offer to help me. There was a younger lady with glasses and longer hair (put back in a ponytail type style, sorry don't have her name, she was just standing toward the back by the regular glasses. She just stood there. She wasn't helping Ahtone or taking to anyone. So I thought maybe I had it wrong and she wasn't an employee. So I walked up to her and asked her if she worked here. She very rudely said she did. I told her I was interested in the sunglasses and they were locked up , how can I try them on. She told me I needed to sign in upfront and when they called my name they would help me. She shouldn't be working with the public. She was so hateful. I told my daughter we should just leave. You see I used to go to your office but the customer service got so bad I stopped. The only reason I came in today was because the place I have been going to for glasses didn't have the frames I wanted. Ste thought ste had found a pair she liked though. So u wrestled with what I should do. The lady who was so curt with me knew I was upset. She knew the way she spoke to me did not set well with me. But she did nothing. She just stared at me. So I stood in line. Got to the front. And I told Venus the instructions I was given. I was just asking how long the wait was. Remember we didn't need an exam. Just wanted glasses. She asked who had told me that and low and behold the rude lady had come up to the front. Seriously the first time I saw her move. So she could hear what I was saying. She continued to shoot me dirty looks. And I promise I am not exaggerating. Venus apologized. She got the keys to open the cases for me and started helping me. Then she got Emily to assist both myself and my daughter. Both Venus and Emily provided the highest level of customer service. I wonder how many customers have been lost due to the rude very unhelpful first employee I interacted with ? Maybe she had a bad day. Maybe she doesn't usually deal with the front. I don't know. But if I hadn't connected with Venus we would have left. We ended up spending $900 on two pair of glasses. And we ended up very happy. I hope you recognize these two ladies for outstanding customer service. I was very impressed.

I had 2 of my girls there for eye exams and new glasses. Everyone that we talked to was very friendly and helpful. One of my girls was having a hard time find frames that she liked. The young lady that helped us was very patient and went through multiple drawers until my daughter finally found frames that she liked. We also liked the new place.

You all are great! Great customer service, easy to schedule an appointment and quick turnaround. My only thing is that I wish you had more unique, funky frames in your selection. I’ve been able to find things in Kate Spade, Fendi and Carrera but I’d love to see more up and coming, new designers

They always ask for my date of birth when I get to the counter. I wish I could be asked just my name. I'm not comfortable sharing my date of birth. I know they have it on record but I still don't like telling someone that right off the bat.

Large choice of frames

The office is nice and staff friendly. One thing that needs addressed is that the tech told me something wrong about the lens. Neil was very nice to help me try on a frame as a walk-in just shopping for frames, but he said use polycarbonate in no bottom frame glasses, which is wrong. They would chip. He said arrived would chip. Trivet is stronger and would have been the correct selection for my frames. Neil needs to be trained on this better. Thanks.
