Helpful and friendly receptionist. Was seen right away. Dr Jan was friendly as well; went through the eye exam, shared his results quickly. Being this is the first time I will need to wear glasses, I wish Dr Jan would have be a tiny bit more thorough with when I would need to wear them; I had to ask in order to find out they did not need to be worn all the time. Otherwise I would recommend Dr Jan for annual check ups, convenient that he’s right there at Costco.

Got into my appt on time, front desk people were nice and had me moving quickly. Dr Lynn was easy to work with and we had a great conversation about Nashville. She got me what I needed (a new eyeglass/contact prescription and a tester pair of contacts).

Everything was great from start to finish. Office is based in the Frederick Costco. Easy to make an appointment and seen within a few days. They took my optical insurance. Quick but thorough appointment. Good explanation of what my results were, options based on those results and helped me make the right decision for me. I went right next door to the Costco Optical department to fill my eyeglasses prescription and they, too, took my optical insurance. Staff and doctors were very friendly and knowledgeable! Excellent, thorough eye exam. No one was in front of me and no one was waiting, this made it easy to take all the time needed. Dr Hatrick was especially diligent. Went back and forth to really zero in on my needed prescription. Great!

I was seen quickly on a Saturday with no appointment and the exam was very thorough. Dr.Jan explained everything in a way I could understand. Then took the Rx to the Costco counter and got my contacts right away! Great experience!

Friendly professional service. However they sent me to a specialist because they noticed something a little different. That little difference was just the beginning of a catarack they should've been able to pick out but instead I had to go to a specialist that cost me $250. So much for having saved money on my glasses I had to spend on the specialist.

Everyone involved with the eye exam was fine. The only negative is that the process of purchasing frames and lenses is somewhat harried because the facility seems understaffed and thereby, rushed. They are for the most part, nice people, just rushed. Looks like they could use a little more help.

I am thrilled to give feed back! Excellent service but even better than that; I Abe tried for years to get a good fit for contacts from several Doctors and be able to see. No doctors were ever successful and always said my eyes couldn't do contacts. If I could see distance I could never read anything. Dr Jan said he have an idea. I left there with contacts and have been more than thrilled. I can even read my phone with my contacts! Thank you!!

Quick, painless, professional, pleasant and inexpensive! These are the first 6 words that come to mind when I think about my visit with Dr Jan.

Dr. Jan was thorough & answered my questions. It was a positive, and easy appointment.

Great customer service and expert care. The new trial contacts provided are slightly thicker than my previous prescription, but not uncomfortably so. They do hold their place on my eye like no other contact I’ve worn. All positive except for the difficulty in removing them. My technique is to pinch the sides and pop out the contact. With these, it was harder to get them to release from the eye surface. FYI. Just make sure patient understands this and maybe teach a different technique than what I employed.

Was a walk in. Got in and finished fast. A very good selection of glass frames. This is my 4th time utilizing this practice. As always very very satisfied.

I had little wait time once I arrived. Dr. Was thorough in eye exam and addressed issues I have experienced with wearing contacts. He recommended another contact since I seemed to have developed an allergy to the ones I have been wearing. He sent me home with a trial pack and so far they are working well. I thought I would not be wearing contacts again so am pleasantly surprised. He spent a great deal of time making sure I had the correct prescription and contacts. I am very pleased and will return next week to order both contacts and glasses.
