On Tuesday October 15. 2019 I had an eye exam with Dr. Cohn. This was my first time in the office. I had a complete eye exam by him and his staff. They we all so professional from the time I checked in to when I checked out. Through the whole process they made me feel at ease. What I really like about his office is they have an optical shop right there on sight. I am so glad my wifes cousin recommended his office to me. They are the best. Thanks.

My last minute same day appointment request was accommodated. Dr Cohen was very friendly and he took out fear that I had about red ting in my right eye.

Everything went very smooth. All things that needed to be done was described to me clearly. Love the good news and summary that my eyes are in good condition. All staff were very helpful and very professional.

I have been a patient of Dr. Cohn for many years beginning with cataract surgery on one eye, then again on the other. Both operations improved my distance vision enough to stop wearing corrective lenses, except when reading. Recently, occasional blurred vision took me back to Dr. Cohn who diagnosed the problem quickly as due to natural oil secretion and recommended applying artificial tears, which works wonderfully. I have found Dr. Cohn to be engaging. He explains his actions well. I recommend him highly. His office staff are very nice people.

Dr James Cohn and Dr Robert Lee are super professional and nice. It was our first visit, for my husband and me and yet we felt so at ease with both doctors. They were patient, listening to us and answering all our questions with clear answers. Thank you Dr Coln and Dr Lee.

We had great experience at Dr. Cohn's clinic. Secretary and assistant were very helpful. Dr. talked with me and asked about my problems and then examined my eyes and then told me that my eyes are fine. Antibiotics have killed all the bacterial infection and now I needed only tear drops and give some time for eyes to recover. It was a great relief and he even gave me some tear drop samples to stare. My eyes are now fine and my sincere thanks to D. Cohn and his staff for an honest guidance and treatment.

Long wait! Also, when we went to order glasses outside your office - we were told that the authorization to order glasses outside your office has been blocked by you. Doctor's visit was fine - no complaints there.

Despite the backlog of patients on the day of my appointment (Tuesday 7/11), everyone was friendly and efficient. My only suggestion for improvement relates to your billing department. I left two voicemail messages asking to discuss a correction to my insurance information and my calls were not returned. I plan to stop at the office tomorrow (7/14) to see if I can correct my record.

I didn't have a long wait, that was greatly improved from my last visit in 2016. There was a $55 contact lens exam fee which I don't remember from past visits. Odd, it was one of the reasons I didn't return to Dr. Fauria, that office nickels and dimes patients for everything.

I have been going to this office pretty regularly since about 18 years old. I have always been treated very nicely by the doctors there.
