My dental hygienist, Sandra, was wonderful. She was quick, yet gentle and it was finished in 40 minutes. I had no pain and was very pleased with my routine cleaning. I've been going to Dr Herzog and now Dr Bob's for 10 years and have been one HAPPY patient. Have always been treated wonderfully and quickly.. Nice having the same hygienist each time I'm there. Whenever I've had a dental emergency I have been able to get treatment in a very reasonable amount of time. Most folks dread going to dentist, but I always look forward to going.

I needed a tooth filling with my cleaning appt. due to an incident while traveling. I was accommodated with an appt. directly after the cleaning. When I had a question the next day, Dr. Allison got back to me very quickly to resolve my question about the affected tooth.

I was sorry that the familiar office staff was gone, but delighted to see Bob Herzog and Tina and Brianna. They are all so warm and welcoming. I'm sure the new staff will pick up the same demeanor in no time. I'm also sorry that the "family" warmth with the pictures/awards were missing. The office now looks like a clinic rather than a friendly stop I make twice a year.

On very short notice I was able to get in and have a filling replaced. While there the one next to the affected tooth looked suspicious and so was also replaced before causing problems. Excellent care and attention to patients.
