Everyone at Dr. Bob's on William St. In Cheektowaga, NY has an exemplary sense of patient care. I couldn't be more pleased with how gentle and professional they are with my 90 year old Mom. I highly recommend them every chance I get.

Everyone was very nice, and welcoming and it was wonderful to be in such a fun seeming office. Everyone seemed like they actually liked their job and yet everyone was still professional as well. The dental insurance offered here is a stroke of genius and I was very comfortable during my cleaning. I love the automation of the cleaning as well.

A very non-agonizing visit at Dr Bobs Dental Care. I was greeted by a very friendly receptionist and dental hygienist. They immediately attended to me and seemed ready to accommodate. The conversations weren’t superficial and I even ended up having a few good laughs. When the dentist arrived in the room to check my teeth, he asked me what brought me to his practice and listened thoroughly to my concerns. There was nothing I left confused or unsure about and I left knowing exactly what was to come at my next visit. I would most definitely recommend Dr Bobs to any of my friends and family.

Does anyone really like going to the dentist. ? We do We always get the best care from Dr. Martin and the staff. Einin had some slight pain recently and we had no issue getting an appointment that was convenient for our schedule. Luckily we had no cavities :) always a great experience :)

I’m very impressed on all the staff there. Katie who did my deep cleaning was so nice and educational on how to take care of teeth going forward! Trinity and Dr. Martin made sure I was comfortable during my procedure. Lastly courtanay made sure I understood how much the insurance was covering and went out if her way to accommodate my schedule m. The whole office was awesome! Very happy I choose this office.

I have found a dentist for life for my entire family the doctor is very attentive and answers all my questions and concerns throughly! Before seeing the doctor the customer service and professionalism I experienced was VIP top notch they are sweet and even addressed me by name they remembered me and my daughter from our previous visit and even encouraged me to keep up with my healthy routine.
