I didn't have to wait long, and everything was done quickly (cleaning and check). As always, all staff were pleasant and made my appointment easy. I would recommend Dr. Bob's to anyone. Also, it is close to home which is a big plus! Costs are very reasonable,too.

I love everyone that work's at Dr.Bobs dental care they're loving caring people they've done wonderful work on my son's mouth he had a mess going on and they fixed it and he's beautiful handsome young teenager and it's all thanks to Dr Bob and his staff. Did a great bandaid job to get me to a oral surgeon at UB and the hygienist was very nice and kept me relaxed, cause i have bad anxiety and the dentist is the last place i want to be but i want to be able to smile again , im told im a beautiful woman but i dont smile no more cause of my teeth, from stomach problems and certain meds and cig and coffee and life stress etc has got the best of them . Dr Jason is the best dentist I’ve ever had. He’s so kind and nice explains everything during the whole appointment. I’d recommend him oh wait I already did.

While hating going to the dentist in general, the folks at dr. Bobs of Niagara falls ALWAYS make me feel comfortable and non stressed. They have made me not fear the dentist's office!

I went in for a routine cleaning and Dr. Jason noticed a small cavity next to an old filling. He noticed there was another dentist had an opening and asked of i wanted to take care of the cavity immediately. I agreed to take care of it and everything went smoothly. Coming from a person who has a slight fear of the dentist I felt comfortable enough to do so. The staff was really welcoming and on top of things making the experience a pleasure.

I have a wonderful doctor and I trust his work.

Had to have a tooth extraction yesterday on 8/22/19 and I had an amazing experience. I’m usually pretty nervous about getting shots in my mouth, but the dental assistant let me squeeze her hand and I felt nothing. The dentist was quick, extremely nice and explained everything he was doing. 10/10 would recommend to anyone! I believe it was Doctor Chris who did the procedure.

What we did well is checking my teeth and giving me good news about my teeth even asking if I'm okay and you taking your time to do well as a nurse.

I had an tooth issue that came up and the office was able to accommodate me in a timely manner. I really appreciated their quick response to my tooth issue! Great and caring office staff!!

My only concern was all the xrays that we’re taken. I had no problem and know the the insurance company only pays for one X-ray.

The visit was fine as always. Great staff and service. However, the length of time between cleanings when having to reschedule is an issue. My cleaning was pushed out 3 months simply because I had to reschedule. I was put on a waiting list which did not help. People do have things come up when scheduling an appointment 6 months in advance. There should be some flexibility if that has to be rescheduled.

I'm very happy with the work the dentist had to do and my teeth my mouth was a mess when I went to see him within a few short months I had a beautiful smile again I'm only 15 years old and when I had my smile cuz my teeth were terrible and fix them and brought me back to life thank you

I had a great dental assistant! I always have to bring my three year old with me and she helped make sure she was content and even gave her a little toy ring because she was so good while we were there. Everyone in the office is always very kind and timely.

I had an extra long drive from work in snowy conditions so I Amber so thankful you still saw me! The hygienist (or assistant) was so kind and understanding. The office seemed packed and things were busy but she provided individualized attention. Dr Chris took the time to fully assess my tooth. He did not jump to conclusions, even though the office was busy, he explained all the findings. This made me comfortable with the treatment plan.

My son is special needs and the hygienist was very accommodating with him. He has trouble opening up wide and she was patient and didn’t get upset with him. Very kind and welcoming. My boys loved the fish tank.

I was glafd that you could take my husband on such short notice, but seeing that we have both been clients, I was surprised that it took almost a threat to go elsewhere to find him an immediate appointment. I would never ask unless it was an emergency, and upon arriving, it did not seem that busy---my thought is: if you are so overbooked, perhaps you should have more than one or two dentists on duty. Never-the-less, I will continue to call you for dental care, because I could not be more pleased with the services you have rendered--- the staff, and Dr. Chris Nowak could not have been better, and Dr. Phillips, who took care of my husband, were just fine.

I had dr. Michelle and she is very nice and very caring and I'm smiling a little bit more she took care of my front teeth and some of my cavities I still have a couple teeth missing but she said she'll take care of it and I believe her

Dr. Creps is a great dentist. I'll admit that I am a very nervous patient with a dentist. I received excellent care, and the staff are professional. They are concerned about you, not just your teeth. I've been going to the doctor by Sir quite a while. Dr. Jason is the best. He's patient kind and caring. Who knows what he's doing and he does it well. I'm glad when I started there that he is one that I got. The secretaries the nurse is everybody is so wonderful.

I went to leave feedback on Google but as I was reading there is a lot of negativity from people pinpointing specific people that they were annoyed with. Not everyone is going to be happy to be at work because we all have our own issues our private lives. I read feedback from one person saying that she didn’t like one secretary because she was rude or something well maybe she had a death in the family that’s why she wasn’t so chipper and cheery but you came to work didn’t she. OK now I can say something. Before I even walk in the door I’m already happy because of the location because of the friendliness of all the people that I am anticipating and because I know I will be well taken care of and I’ll be called at the exact time is my appointment was. Dr. Jack did work on me and it was flawless as well as his personality is incredible he is very outgoing I believe all the staff and the hygienists deserve a long beautiful vacation! I was just there Wednesday, August 15 at 3:20 PM to have my teeth cleaned. I cannot recall at this time what her name was but she was fantastic!!! I like to address people by their names but in Dr. Bob’s dental care it’s not necessary because everyone is amazing in my opinion of course. Thank you for allowing me to leave feedback. The person that clean my teeth gave me the best cleaning I’ve had yet she took a lot of time to get rid of the stains excellent job the time prior to that The cleaning was so fast I didn’t think anything have gotten done but this time it was superb

I had a great experience. Cristina is an excellent hygienist. She is kind, gentile, and very caring. She is also pleasant to talk to. My dentist (young bearded man) was also excellent. He pulled a tooth and it was painless and quick. He was very thorough on his post extraction instructions to me, and he had a very warm demeanor. It was a very nice experience.

I was happy because dr bob fixed my front tooth and I was very imbarrassed to walk around with my front tooth missing due to a sports accident I was told by another dentist office that there was nothing they could do but pull the remaining piece of chipped tooth and dr bob fixed what they couldn't he was absolutely amazing thank you dr bob!!

Everything was GREAT and the 6pm hour is a lot much better because you don't find some Ladys that work in the counter area that aren't very friendly and work there earlier.

It was great experience

I broke part of a tooth Saturday evening. The edge of the tooth was causing my tongue to become quite raw. I was able to call Monday morning and make an appointment for Tuesday morning. It was quite a relief once the tooth was smooth again.
