I am very happy with the care I have received, I think Annette & Dr. Martin are the best. The only thing I do not like (in fact it is very annoying and I am about ready to block your office) is the amount of email I get from your office. It is ridiculous. I get an appointment card, then email reminders, then phone calls. I was seen 2 days apart, got 4 emails. Enough of the emails already.

As usual At Dr. Bobs you can depend on quality dental care, the trained staff is exceptional. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

As someone with severe anxiety, I was so nervous and scared about getting my wisdom teeth removed. The ladies were very patient with me through all my tears and fussiness which I am so grateful for. Dental work doesn’t scare me, but being talked into unnecessary procedures does. At Bob’s everyone was so honest and transparent and I never had this concern. Keep it up!

My dentist cares about their patients tolerance/comfort level when either the teeth cleaning scraping and washing to how far back the chair should go to avoid feeling nauseous/head rush sick.

I emailed from the website. You called two days later. Got me in that day! For a cleaning and an exam. The DDS explained everything (I am having a problem with an ultra sensitive tooth), and the hygienist was fantastic with the scrape and cleaning. I’m not a fan of the ultrasonic gizmo, and she doesn't use it. Very pleased with my visit though my tooth still hurts.

Professional and friendly, staff & doctor makes you feel comfortable! I do wish my tooth could have been fixed instead of it just being a consultation, simply because the extra cost for me for another visit. When I scheduled the appoint for my broken molar, half of which fell out and will be filled in on the next appoint, I was under the impression that it was going to be done from my conversation with scheduler. However, I do like that Dr Ryan felt we could clean it up and fill it instead of pulling it, or the more expensive route of root canal & crown. Not a bad review at all! I very highly recommend this dentist office...best I've ever been too & I don't plan on going anywhere else!

I was able to get my appointment scheduled very quickly. The staff is very respectful and friendly. My cleaning was so gentle on my teeth that I didn't think my coffee stains had been removed, but of course, they were! Very fast and gentle cleaning. The dentist was also very nice, very knowledgeable and explained my X-Ray results in an easy to understand and down-to-earth manner. The Sensodyne Sensitive Tooth Paste sample they gave me works great, and I'm happy about that! Annette and Dr.Martin were wonderful, and the entire atmosphere at the office is positive and professional.

I was happy to get in promptly, but I wish I had been asked a few more questions about my health prior to my appointment that would have impacted it.

Treated with excellent care. After examination we discussed treatment options and I was explained everything in full detail. We immediately developed a plan for a healthier smile.

Great visit. I have two things to recommend though. 1) the waiting room would be nicer with a bigger TV everyone could see. 2) a small amount of lip balm offered to the patients before any treatment would be nice. Lips tent to get super dry while having mouth open for long time. :)

My visit to Dr. Bobs Dental was a pleasant experience all around. Dr. O’Keefe was thorough with great bed side manner.

Everyone in the kenmore ave office is really friendly,nice and down to earth. Every time I have an appointment I’m taken in right away never any awful waiting time. Being the baby I am going to the densit is not always fun but they are amazing in making me feel comfortable and getting through the processes w the least amount of pain!

Taken on time the office looks fantastic and all the staff is great and the dentists never try to perform unnecessary procedures and the pricing is fair my whole family comes here and to the Amherst office never a problem!

The Kenmore office. is Outstanding. The lady’s at the desk in the Cheektowaga office are sometimes pretty nasty . I worked as a dental assistant and at our dental office the doctors would have fired you if you were nasty on the phone to the patients . That is terrible for your business . I really like the Kenmore office . Everyone is outsanding and very friendly . Unfortunately I have to go to the Cheektowaga Office on William St. to have my tooth pulled , this week Nov. 8th at 2:00 pm. .
