Karen has been my hygienist for over 25 years. She is always very thorough and takes the time to explain everything. The only complaint I have was there was no doctor there to examine and evaluate my teeth after my cleaning. I don’t want to have to go all the way back and take more time off for this.

I called for an appointment and was given one for that day. Upon arrival staff was very friendly and attentive. I was taken into a room and the dental assistant was very friendly and told me what was going to happen . I’m nervous in dentist offices. She took x-rays and very shortly after I saw the Dr. she reviewed the x-rays and explained everything I needed to know. She tried to get to me that day but I really didn’t have an appointment and couldn’t do the work that day. I was very impressed with the dentist and the staff. The office is run very efficiently!

Dr Giraldo is very professional and notices everything that needs to be done. Her staff is friendly and understanding. The appointment s are little too long and the only thing that I do not understand is why are patients getting numerous texts and phone calls reminding them of forthcoming appointment. One call day before and one text message is good enough, and it is what every doctor and dentist practice everywhere. That was little too much.

As usual, everyone at Dr. Giraldo’s office is just super nice. I have sensitive teeth and used to dread going to the dentist, but I don’t mind going there. Had some veneers installed and they are just fantastic. Get lots of compliments.

I would really like to stop hearing so much about flossing while I am getting my teeth cleaned and don’t want to be pushed to buy an electronic toothbrush.

Look so young yet demonstrate superior customer service support and thorough knowledge of insurance processing, apps setting, etc. Dental assistant, dentist and hygienist ensure patient is comfortable at all times during any procedure. Explained work performed in detail. Quick and friendly check out service was provided by the effective staff. Highly recommend.

The service was good but I call to talk to the doctor and let a message with my phone number and they never return my call and I was having a question regarding my surgery I’m still waiting for her to call me.

Everything was fine but I wish there was a way to know the price before the visit. For example, I didn't know my insurance didn't begin coverage until January. During 2018 I exhausted my benefits. I could have saved $139 cleaning fee by waiting another 20 days. That's all.

This was my first time coming here and every staff member made me feel extremely welcomed! They did a great job informing me about my teeth and making sure I was comfortable! 5 stars!!

This is my first dental visit since retiring to Florida in mid-April 2018. The entry, waiting area and exam rooms are modern and spotless. I was thrilled to learn that Dr. Giraldo’s competent and friendly front desk managers had requested and received all necessary dental records from my prior dentist. Dr. Geraldo performed a very complete exam with X-ray visuals and neck check for lymph node inflammation. Karen, the staff hygienist then commenced with a very complete dental cleaning. I highly recommend this dental office.

In regards to having tooth pain. I believe it was a number 15 After caping tooth it's still bothered me. Root canal was performed With no pain relief. Hoping you will follow up and resolve the problem. It has been very frustrating.

The doctor was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain in detail all the options available to me. They were very accommodating with the appointments as well.

I love this dentist. Everyone is so nice and my procedure was done gently and painlessly. A little high on the pricing but worth it.
