I was very satisfied with the personalized customer care that Dr Alice Lee and her staff provided for me.

The staff was nice, friendly and helpful. Dr. Alice was helpful and understanding with all the questions I asked. She and her staff make you feel at home. They were professional, I would recommend her office to anyone new in town or someone looking for a permanent Optometrist.

I thought the receptionist was amazing, friendly and inviting since the first time I called to make an appointment. I thought dr. Could be a little more friendly but receptionist made up for it will tell friends to go there

I am very happy with the service. Even though we were walk-in, we were attended very quickly and all of the staff were wonderful . Dr. Lee is probably the best optometrist I have ever met. She was very attentive to detail and she seems to love what she does. She made the whole process very efficient for me . Would definitely recommend!
