Friendly & asked me to return to redo all the test till the doctor was satisfied with the results.

Everyone and everything about ur business is wonderful except the “wait time.” I’m sure you’ve heard that before and not sure what can be done about it, but, it is a long time for us patients to wait to finally get to Dr. Joshi. He’s worth the wait, but, it’s still a long time in a Doctor’s office.

Dr. Terry Alkana is amazing! Even totally backed-up with patients, (once he was able to get to me) he gave me his full attention and listened to all of my concerns/questions. He is terrific and a definite asset to your practice! And - I must add, he may have been late to my exam room because he was giving his full time and attention to a patient that needed it; to which I totally understand and applaud his time and commitment to his patients! He was a little late, but I have no complaints! Dr Alkana is terrific!!

Dr August is very thorough in his exams. The office runs smoothly although there is usually a wait to be called back. I have always felt listened to and given as much time as I needed once with the doctor so don't mind waiting a bit.

Dr Joshi and Dr Carrasco are both excellent technically. They are both easy to talk to and friendly as well as professional. They make a good team. The office staff is very efficient and courteous. Sometimes the waiting time can get a little long, but this is probably a sign that the Doctors are taking the time to treat each patient properly. Good! Our whole family enjoys being patients here.

I was being attended to precisely on time in accordance with my appointment and, as always, Dr. Joshi and his techs were thorough and professional.

Called the office with urgent eye issue. Was told to come right in. Was there in 15 minutes and taken in to see Dr. Alkana almost immediately. He was extremely helpful in diagnosing the problem and correcting it almost immediately. He took extra care to explain the reason and procedure to correct the problem. Dr. Alkana was super professional. He explained what was happening w my left eye. It already feels better after 1 day. I have had issues with my right eye for 4 years and no one has been able to remedy it. Dr. Alkana is going to look at my records and hopefully help it too. All staff is very nice and accommodating. Never have any complaints! I especially enjoy my visits with Optical. Both Sandy and Melody are great! They know their stock and are experts at helping me find good frames that fit my face and style. Keep up the good work! About the only thing I can mention is that the carpet looks a little shabby. Perhaps new vinyl floors would be nice. Easy upkeep.

My tests before my visit with Dr. Pirouz we're done in a timely manner and very efficiently. As soon as my pupils were dilated I was seen by the Doctor and he explained why I was there and informed me that there were no changes and asked to see me in a year.

It would be nice if the receptionist's name was on the counter and the 'nurses' had name tags. Usually if I ask a name I forget it. I like that I feel free to ask questions. Everyone is friendly. I have felt a little abruptness at the front desk, on occasion. I am very happy with Dr Pirouze and the 'nurse' that is there 1st thing in the morning!!

I had to wait surprisingly long for Dr. Joshi once I was seated and the preliminary work was done. Everything else was great.

The staff is courteous and professional and made sure I understood what was going on before, during and after each step of the exam. The one downside to me was that the entire appointment took 2.5 hours. I would prefer that the appointment be much shorter than that as it is tough to take that much time off of work.

I liked the office - the staff was kind and helpful. I was called into a room and immediately given eye exam. After eyes dilated I went straight to ordering new glasses - I really liked the lady who helped me. After that I still had to wait a lengthy time to meet with Dr Joshi - but, once he finally entered the the room I felt well taken care of by a knowledgeable doctor. He was nice and asked me twice if I had any questions after exam. All in all, it was a positive experience and I'm happy for finding a good eye doctor.
