Professionalism from the time I walked into the business to get an appointment. Greeted as I came in, an associate was immediately with me asking about my needs. The day of my appointment, i did not have to wait to see the Dr. The two associates that did my eye exam were really great. Kind, friendly and certainly knew their job and did their job in a professional manner. Answered all my questions and let me know what they were going to do and what to expect so I had no surprises. Dr Buck was task oriented and wasted no time in completing my exam. I wish I could remember all the names of the associates that helped me the day of my appointment. I do remember the name of the associates that helped me pick out my frames and ordered my glasses. Her name is Allison. Thank you for all your help to make the task easier and a really good experience. The doctor did a good job of explaining what he was doing. The helper technicians did a good job also, however; the techs dilated my eyes but did not explain why. They did not give me shades until I was walking out. I have astigmatism and think using a star burst where the lines run in all directions is better than letters.

The friendliness and professionalism of the staff was wonderful. I, however, find that I have better vision with my inexpensive reading glasses, than I do my prescription. Left eye vision is blurry with glasses, right seems fine. I have glares indoors in peripheral on both sides. Just feel like I wasted both time and money...

Even though our appts.we're @ 3:30 and 3:45 and we didn't get into the back until after 5 the professional way that they handled the situation made me and my son very comfortable with waiting.

Due to a family emergency, we were rescheduled for a Saturday appointment. We waited about 35-40 minutes to be seen by the doctor. Once the prescription was received the process of finding glasses, getting fitted and eventually picking up the lens (took 11 minutes to make them) was much faster than waiting and seeing the doctor.
