I was a little frustrated during my last visit as I had to wait 55 minutes after my appointment time to be seen. I understand unforeseen circumstances occur, but I was with the dentist MAYBE 5 minutes total and no one apologized or even acted like anything was wrong or acknowledged my patience. I was there for over an hour for something that should have taken 20 minutes out of my day. The people that I did talk to were nice and answered my questions I had about the reason for my visit, and once they actually saw me got the job done quickly.

I've been going to my uncle since I was little until he retired. My brother in law recommended Dr. Trang. I was a little hesitant at first appointment but he made sure that I was comfortable as getting gum shots from someone you've never met before is the most horrific experience for me. He made sure his assistant held my hand so I won't be afraid. Dr. Trang gave good advice and recommendations and specific processes. They are all very professional and friendly. Except the short lady in the front office. She is impatient and roll her eyes a lot! I prefer speaking with Lynn, the taller girl at the front office, in regards to billing. She is very helpful.

I had to have two wisdom teeth and a molar pulled. The staff was warm, welcoming and helped ease my anxiety. Doctor Trang was great and made me feel very comfortable. The procedure was quick and when my healing is complete I will be going in for regular and routine dental visits.
