My visit exceeded my expectation for a dermatology treatment. Claudia has exemplary professional form, explaining what will be done, asking where I wanted treatment and treating more areas as she noticed needed to be treated. I waited a week to se results and it was so much better than I expected. Just an observation to help speed up the visit, it would be nice to be able to fill out the forms elctronically or sent via email. This took about 10-15 minutes to fill out manually.

Was seen quickly and had an overall positive experience. Dr. Bernabe is a great doctor.

I only waited a few minutes when I arrived until I saw the dr. Everyone was very friendly and I was only there for 30 minutes or so.

My visit was for my quarterly full body exam. Dr. Centurion has a great personality and is absolutely thorough in doing the exam. He has removed a number of precancerous nodules and as far as I am concerned is with my cardiologist as my most important doctors.

Dr. Is always wonderful. When I left I realized I forgot to confirm pharmacy so on our way home I called to confirm the prescription would go local pharmacy. I was told it was going to cvs on Gordon’s corner road. When I called there two hours later I was told they had not received the script, I waited another hour and half and still they had not received anything So now over three and half hours later I again had to call dr office to hear that yes it did go the mail order pharmacy syp instead of cvs. Now I learn I need a pre approval for script. So I call this morning to find out status of pre approval and I am told it went out to insurance, this was 10:06 this morning, and could take up to 7 business days. I called my insurance and they had not received anything and nothing was pending but she told me to ask dr to put it through as emergency. So again I call dr office back at 11:20 and was told they JUST sent it through at 11:16 as a rush. Why are there so may discrepancies?

It was about a 45 minute wait. Love the service, the receptionist was great, I had new insurance and she entered everything and didnt complain and i know she wasn't feeling well. The doctor is awesome, she is a nice as can be!!

Janine is a fantastic dermatologist, and I've been going to your practice for many years. My only critique is that the wait time before being called back and then seeing the dermatologist seems to grow longer with each visit. It's not a deal breaker, but there can be some improvement.

The Dr was great The office staff was ok When I checked out and tried to make appointments the girl wasn’t sure of what I needed. An appointment for chemical peel was hard to get. And couldn’t be combined with the other procedures I wanted. She didn’t have a list of the things I discussed with the Dr. And I didn’t have anything written down and couldn’t remember the treatment names. So left with out appointments.

I was able to get an appointment last minute and Dr. Bernabe is really good. She takes the time to hear the problems and does not rush you out of there. She also knows how to treat skin issues and seems to keep up on new developments. Also the staff that work there and with the doctor are top notch. I highly recommend them.

When I made my son’s appointment they never told me that because he hadn’t been there since 2015 he was gonna be treated as a new patient, so I had a 4:50 appointment time and on the day of the appt. the office calls me late in the day and wants me to hurry and get there a half hr. earlier because new patients are not to be scheduled at such a late time and that I needed to fill out the paperwork. Now if I knew all this I would of printed the paperwork out and brought it finished to the appt. so I didn’t feel so rushed by the office girls.

The Doctors and staff are excellent. The put you at ease and listen to any problems or complaints. They take their professionalism very seriously, as it should be, and are never dismissive of any even seemingly minor complaint. If you need further procedures or follow ups the appointments are made on the spot and they try to accommodate the patients schedule. I'm sure others may have different opinions, but I have been a patient at this practice for about 15 years so I can speak from a position of much experience.

Dr Bernabe. was great The problem is she gave me 3 prescriptions creams I was able only to get the very dry lips corrector cream OK The Betamethasone Valerate Cream USD 95 then USD 45 by CVS and the Tretinoin Cream not reimbursed at all by my Medicare complete AARP United Healthcare
