I don’t like the check in process where I need to fill out a blank form with all the information you already have. The reason given was “this is for billing” is NOT acceptable. Other doctors hand you a form all filled out with your information and ask you to review it a sign the form. The use of computer resources should be used and taken advantage of.

The staff greeted me warmly as I walked in the door. The updated paper work ready for me to fill out. I was taken almost immediately for my first set of eye tests and then asked to go right into the Dr. Trezza's examining room. Dr. Trezza was very detailed with his exam and spent as much time with me as we both thought I needed. The ladies at the receptionist desk were very helpful finding new glass frames for me. The staff is welcoming as well as efficient. I think one receives a more personal experience in a smaller office.
