Knowledgeable and caring PA took the time to explain what he saw in my MRI. We then went through the treatment options with the most conservative strongly suggested as the starting point. Most concern shown for treating the problem and not just the symptoms. So far I am pleased.

I have seen great results in just weeks. My pain is much less. Brent and Marcia are very knowledgeable. I do wish Marcia would stop putting her hand on me when she's talking. In my space.

Professional visit

Did not wait long to see the PA. The PA was very informative and I felt comfortable with his diagnosis. Seems like a pretty efficient organization and and client-centric. Refreshing in that my experience with other healthcare providers is the opposite. With them it's all about the docs and managing their time versus the client.

Marcia was very thorough and compassionate. I have hope that PT will help this time.

A slight mix up with appointment time but Dr. Bainbridge afforded me all the time I needed to give me a thorough and accurate diagnosis. Saved me an extra surgery being done which the local surgical office had booked 3. 1x didn't even involve meeting me. That doctor said he was just going to meet me in the OR based on my MRI

Since you texted me, I don't know if you want feedback with my visit to the Physician's Assistant or the Physical Therapist as I saw both. The Physician's Assistant (Sophie) was extremely thorough in her exam. I felt comfortable in her assessment. The Physical Therapist (Marcia) was also thorough in her evaluation. She was careful not to overwork me as I was still in great pain. She did tell me that someone would call me the same day after lunch to schedule another PT appointment, and no one did, so I just called a few days later and scheduled it myself. Overall, I feel the care I have been given so far is excellent.

Prompt, I was taken back to see doctor at appointment time. Friendly, courteous, knowledgeable staff.

This was my 1st visit and lasted over an hour. Doc was very thorough in evaluating my lower back pain and since I was able to provide numetous past MRI reports and a disk with the images I was offered a couple treatment options for my choosing. A 2nd office visit scheduled. So, so far, so good I would say. As far as my lower back pain it's literally a pain in the butt.

The doctor was very professional and nice. But the one thing that stood out to me he was asking me more questions then I could ask him about my condition, i like that it showed me that he was concern about my condition.

Suzanne and Sophie are true professionals. Coming from someone who is reserved with her trust in the medical community, they impressed me right off with their knowledge, listening skills, and flexibility to let the appointment unfold organically. All of my questions were answered and they spent time explaining anatomy and physiology so I can be a more informed patient. Trust gained!

My appointment was great. Dr. Bainbridge was thorough, explained everything clearly and was very knowledgeable about my issue. His staff was great and they were able to schedule me very quickly (3 days after my initial appointment) for my injection. The Surgery Center of the Rockies in Aurora was AWESOME! Everyone was so nice and the pre op nurse Steve and post op nurse Kathy were so helpful. My only complaint is that it took the doctor's PA 30 minutes and three requests to come check me out in post op so that I could be discharged. Then, I had to ask to be prescribed something for pain, she did not bring it up. We agreed on what I would be prescribed and where it would be called in. She specifically told the nurse she would take care of it. This was around 11:00 and the prescriptions were never called in. This is the evening of my procedure and I'm in a lot of pain. Only allowed to take Tylenol and it's not helping. Very disappointed that I'm in such pain and no options for help. Other than that, everything else went really well.

My appointment was at the top of the hour and was not called back until 35 minutes later at least. The appointment went great but my time is just as valuable as the office's time. I had read this on other feedback for the office before coming in so I know I am not alone in this experience. I hope it is something that can be improved.

Everyone was very nice and caring. At times I felt it was disorganized... No one checked on me for 15 to 20 minutes and then 2 nurses came at once to ask questions. After the procedure I was offered water once and would have drank more if offered...no one checked until almost an hour after. Again very nice and attentive to assist with getting me to the car.

Although I did not see Scott Bainbridge who was recommended to me, I was very happy with my experience with Drew, and his remarkable ability to translate medical technical terms into lay person's language. You shouldn't have to pay a cancelation fee if you're moving an appointment, even if it's within 24 hours. DBPS is still getting revenue from the visit, it's just happening at a later date now. I was extremely pissed off to find out I had to pay a fee for rescheduling. No one notified me of this policy when I rescheduled. The doctors are great there but the handling of that policy was bullshit.
