My daughter has been going through a lot of testing lately and she’s always a little apprehensive with first time appointments. The staff and Dr. were very nice and eased her concerns. And the kids friendly atmosphere is great!! We would definitely recommend Dr Satterfield and team!

Great experience. Only one suggestion; some children do better when they are explained what will happen rather than being surprised by procedure (ex. eye dilation). This may help to avoid apprehension for future appointments.

The appointment was very thorough and our answers were clearly addressed. My son actually had fun with the exam and all the little tricks to check out his eyes. Only wish it wasn't as difficult to get an appointment.

I’ve been going to Dr. Satterfield for years and she is the best out there for children and my child happens to be special needs and she is so good with him!

Everything from the time I entered the door until we left. the staff looked like they were enjoying their job. did not appear stressed and acted like they were glad I was at the office. Dr. Satterfield took so much time with me and really listened to me. I had to wait along time to get my appointment but once I got to the office I was glad I waited.

Our visits to Dr. Satterfield are always pleasant. We enjoy her "bedside manner" and her conversation during our exams, and appreciate that she talks to the kids as adults. The only improvement would be the amount of time in the waiting room. We spent over 40 minutes from the time of our scheduled appointment until we were called into the exam room.

Dr. Satterfield is very knowledgeable and I trust her. Her office is clean and the staff is courteous. The only improvement area that I can share is wait times, it can be anywhere between 20-40 mins before the doctor is seen, it would be great if the wait times could be decreased.

Felt a little judged with the screen time handout and Dr comment about it being obvious that my son wears his glasses as he has a tan line which indicates not enough SPF is applied, but other than that appointment when smoothly. Kids are using handheld screens in class and we are boaters so my son has a slight tan but never burns. Everyone was timely and nice.
