I felt well cared for from the time I entered the office. When I was brought to the treatment room, the two assistants were both clear and efficient in their directions and solicitous of my comfort. The treatment room was modern and immaculate. The doctor was both solicitous and quite clear about the immediate procedure and the course of subsequent treatment. Dr. Abron is also a man of integrity. He understands that it takes too much effort to lie, which equals abuse. He does a full examination, gives a proper diagnosis, and suggests a reasonable treatment plan that is cost effective, and offers minimal pain and discomfort. I strongly recommend him.

Dr. Gary Miller has been my periodontist for 48 years. He saved my life in 1974 during an examination by questioning me about a growth in my lower mouth that my doctor said was innocuous. He immediately booked a biopsy appointment for me that revealed that the growth was Adeno Carcinoma, requiring immediate surgery. Twenty years later he reconstructed my mouth with molar implants, allowing me to improve my lifestyle by expanding the type of food that I could eat and enjoy. Ebony is so gentle, yet thorough!

Hygienist Ebony did an excellent job cleaning my teeth yesterday and checking for problems . Dr. Abron, as always, was thorough, instructive,, and pleasant as he evaluated my periodontal status and addressed several issues. Hygienist office had been thoroughly wiped down and cleaned before my appointment and the waiting room left at least 6 feet of space between any seats. Felt about as safe as one could feel in a dentist office under present circumstances.

From the time i entered the office, I was greeted promptly and professionally. Dr. Abram and what I proudly call my team were attentive and took time to explain my procedures and options to my understanding. I have never visited a dentist where I didn't experince pain. This was not the case here. Dr Abram , informed me of each step 🚶‍♂️ felt no pain and didn't know the surgery was completed until he told me. His assistant and staff were constantly asking and checking on my comfortably i cannot leave out Human Resource or the Benefit Manager that took the time and patience to help sure my insurance was in order which helped me to make decisions on my treatment plan. I am returning and will be making referrals. One more thing first impression is a lasting impression. The receptionist that answered the phone has a pleasant comforting and cheerful voice which set my expectations.I was not disappointed.

I love the office’s efficiency. However, I also found the experience a bit overwhelming. It wasn’t always clear when the assistant/doctor was speaking to me vs. other members of the staff. Also, i think a basic “this is what we are doing and why” at the start of each session would provide a helpful roadmap to follow along.

Ebony My hygienist was terrific. The one constructive criticism is that they did not offer or give me an insurance form. As a result I had to call the office and request one which they have to mail to me. There must be a more efficient way, for everyone.

My most recent visit was great! However my previous visits have had REALLY long wait times, which is frustrating.

The overall experience was good. However, I was not told that I have to pay my projected part before the entire invoice gets sent to the health insurance company. I was made aware at the day of the procedure to pay a large amount before they got started. They made me pay their estimate for what the insurance would not cover, even though I mentioned that the health insurance company will pay a bigger part then what the dental office projected. The mouth wash is overprized and can be obtained from the internet for a fraction of the prize. Everything else went well. The staff was attentive and my questions were answered.

Dr. Hasan is a genius. The team behind the operation are lovely as well. Ashley at the front desk is always incredibly kind and helpful, and the periodontal assistants are knowledgable, speedy, and thoughtful.

As usual, both Dr. Hasan and his assistant were skillful and considerate. My procedure went smoothly and without pain. The office appears to be running smoothly too dedpite the added burden of COVID- era precautions.

Overall my experience was very good. I was disappointed, however, with being charged an additional $45. for the Periosciences AO ProRinse, which was included in the $1935. charge for my first bone graft procedure on June 19th, but for some reason was not included in the $1935. charge for the July 6th bone graft procedure. I had used up the first bottle of ProRinse and needed a second bottle for my ongoing treatment.

Despite some challenges with the implant (apparently a manufacturer's defect), Dr. Abron remained hopeful and upbeat and professional.

I was pleasantly surprised about the thorough hygienic practices before, during and after my appointment at DC Perio on 6/30/20. Each patient’s temperature is scanned electronically and pulse is taken before being allowed into the appointment. When you gargle during the dental cleaning, your mouth is suctioned out via a hygienic suction tube- all state of the art equipment. The dental chair and room is completely sanitized between each appointment. The hygienist I had, Ebony, was gracious and professional. I was anxious before heading to the appointment, but everything was handled so professionally, I would recommend this practice wholeheartedly, with no reservation.

The Doctor is excellent in his job. But the procedure cost changes.

I had gingival grafts done by Dr. Miller 17 years ago and have gone to his office for cleanings 2-3x/year since then. Dr. Miller was actually one of the pioneers of the gingival graft procedure, so I knew I was in good hands. He is always there to oversee the work of his hygienists, all of whom are impressively knowledgeable and meticulous in their work. They clean teeth like nobody else!

Painful but thorough cleaning

You need more comfortable chairs in the waiting area. They are hard as rocks. Everything else was great!

Generally all good. Received conflicting post-op care instructions: check-in said calling 3 prescriptions in. Got to pharmacy, only two were there. No clorhexidine mouthwash. Called office, said i should have been given gel, wasnt. Had to come back to office to get gel, wound up purchasing ao mouthwash, not gel. This was for osseo gum surgery.

As with my other visits to Dr. Abrams office over the past year, I was fully satisfied with my most recent one on October 21, for general cleaning. My Hygienist, Christina, did a very careful and professional job, using some tools I’ve not experienced before, and gave me in a low-key way very good advice about my oral hygiene going forward. Dr. Abrams finished my visit In his usual warm, low-key but very helpful way. I always enjoy visiting this office, with all of the staff being welcoming and pleasant. Also, the whole office is very clean and well lit. See you soon!

Ebony did a wonderful job of cleaning my teeth. She is thorough but gentle. She treated me very well and very professionally.

I didn’t have to wait long. The staff were very nice and helpful. Look forward to my next appointment.

Dr. Miller is a superb practitioner. The quality of his work, and experience, are of the highest order. And his attention to each patient as an individual is quite remarkable. He is a straight shooter: it you have a problem, he will tell you. If you’re doing well, he will say so also. He coordinates smoothly with my other dental professionals. He works efficiently, & wastes no time. But he always takes time to explain what he is doing, and why. He will always answer your questions. His procedures for me have been accomplished with almost no pain — and without the use of unnecessary pain medications or sedations. He possesses really fine technique, and diagnostic wisdom. Thanh you, Dr. Miller.

Procedure seemed to go smoothly although I have nothing to compare it to.

Edna was great. I did dn’t See Dr. Abron but the Dr. I did see didn’t have the best “bedside” manners.

As always, the dentistry/periodontics/surgery was excellent. Dr. Hassan did a great job with my extraction. I was unconscious until the end when I could hear and slightly feel some scraping, but otherwise I had no pain -- I don't even remember the Novocaine shots- and I have virtually no after-effects (I was very sleepy and sore yesterday but not now). My one issue is with the person who did my scheduling whose name I do not know. 1. She was fairly rude when I pointed out that Dr. Hassan said I could drink water three hours before surgery; 2. She gave me a nine o'clock appointment not telling me that extraction patients "get two appointments, one for paperwork and and one for surgery." I arrived at 8:30 thinking I would do the paperwork, not realizing they were planning on my doing paperwork until ten and then getting PREPPED for surgery which would start around 10:15. Naturally, this made it seem as if I was a very impatient person. This kind of non-communication or miscommunication has been a problem for me at this office, around a number of issues but especially scheduling, for the last several years, to the point that I considered severing our 36-year relationship.

My teeth was clean well & I was satisfied with the examination I received.

As a person who suffers a lot of anxiety around. Visits to the dentist, I was pleasantly surprised and impressed by the helpful and welcoming reception, as well as the friendly care of Dr Abron’s assistant. Dr. Baron took his time explaining every step of his evaluation and his proposed next steps. I am actually relieved about what’s next and happy he’ll be helping me get on a path to better dental care.

My experience yesterday was satisfactory. The extraction was fine and I had no trouble later yesterday. I am having swelling today. However, unfortunately the cap came off the adjacent tooth and after going to dentist today it appears that it will have to be extracted.

The office refuses to submit to insurance. It is, I suppose, understandable that you do not participate in any dental insurance programs, but it is really annoying to have to get the various papers at checkout time, then have to get the necessary claims forms from the carriers, and then submit. And to remove any ambiguity, I have two carriers to submit to. My regular dentist submits to both, and when I asked, I was told that it simply is not a lot of trouble for that office.

I am and have been a patient of Dr. Miller for many years. He and everyone assisting him in the multiple procedures I have needed and am currently receiving is Extraordinary !!!

The procedure was very unpleasant, but bearable. I like Dr. Miller and his assistant. My post operative experience is much less bad than I expected. Not much pain. Just some stiffness in my jaw joint. I do think the instructions I received on the printed out sheet could have been a little clearer . They didn't quite match what I heard verbally. But I think things are going well

My first time there was a little scary, but Dr. Joe and Mylesha made me feel at. What really msde me feel st ease is that they did not judge me or make me feel uncomfortable; unlike some other dentist and oral surgeons I have visitrf. The staff was really nice and took the time to go over the procedures that needed to br done. I left having confidence ithat my teeth would be back to normal or better.

I really like my new dental hygienist! She is very friendly, courteous, and k knowledgable. She explained what she saw is going on with my gums, and offered supportive advice on how I can improve my daily cleanings by using the correct size proxy brush. The one I was using is too small. Got some new ones to test out. Also, great to see Dr. Abron. My mouth and gums feel a whole lot better. Thank you!

Everyone at DC Perio is amazing. I have severe dentophibia and have had to have some scary work done but everyone is so kind and concerned for my wellbeing that every time I go it gets less and less. All of the techs are great, Dr Abran is funny and caring and all of the amazing ladies up front make sure you’re taken care of and remember what you need. I have had many experiences with dentists and periodontists and this is by far the best. Dr. Abron took the time to address all of my concerns about my wisdom teeth extraction and deep laser cleaning. He was thorough, professional, extremely skilled and compassionate. He took great care to minimize my pain, and followed up with me with evening phone calls to assess my recovery and answer any questions I had—a nice touch. Very highly recommended.

I am a long-standing patient of Dr. Miller and his hygienist, Monika. They are terrific. Paperwork in the new office was oppressive — for example, I was required to fish out all sorts of dental insurance information, but for no reason since Dr. Miller does not submit.

Hygienist experience was much better! Over the years I have had a really good experience and was sad when I came earlier in the year and Chris was gone. She was excellent. My mouth is not perfect which is just one of those unfortunate things but I certainly don’t want to leave there feeling worse about it. I welcome the preventative care concerns but as I said I want to leave feeling as though the experience has been a good one.
